I ordered a washing machine online from Williams for my elderly father recently. No sooner than completing the purchase did a lovely lady from the store call me to arrange delivery. She thanked me for using them and was very helpful in arranging everything for us. We were contacted on the Saturday prior to the delivery on Monday with a two hour time slot, again a professional and polite staff member. The delivery chaps were also excellent and removed the old washing machine and installed the new one with little fuss and lots of care. I can recommend Williams and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

It was easy to order, you contacted me early the next day with a delivery date which was two days later and it arrived on time. The men that delivered were very efficient and knowledgeable and it was fitted and checked it was working properly before they left. First class service.

The customer service that I received from Karen was outstanding, everything about the appliance I purchased was explained fully to me and when an issue cropped up it was sorted by Karen within 24 hours.
On the day of delivery and the fitting of my appliance I was given a two hour fitting slot which meant I was not having to wait in all day.I would not hesitate in using Williams Electrical again.

Williams staff were helpful and informative, the prices were good and their delivery was exemplary!

We had originally intended to buy from our local Euronics retailer but like many others we found ourselves trawling the internet for one particular product and stumbled across Williams Electrical. The service received was extremely efficient and polite, which is unusual nowadays. Exceptional in every respect!

Called next day with delivery time and was on time

Online chat were very helpful in giving me more information about integrated tumble dryer options. After weighing up getting one form Williams and another from another well known high street retailer we opted for Williams and have been extremely happy with the high level of service. Phone call and text to confirm delivery. Easy to communicate with. Product is fantastic. Extremely happy all round. Won’t hesitate to use Williams again in the future.

Good contact with customer delivery on time

Having called at a major national chain, finding nobody at all around to take my order for a washer, I left in disgust and went online straight away to Williams. Totally refreshing, my order placed and followed up 15 mins later with a call from a nice lady advising me of delivery and installation 2 days later. Thank you Williams for your professional approach, will contact you again for any future needs.

5 stars all the way for Karen and the team at Williams. My elderly mother's cordless phone had stopped working so we could not contact her. A quick SOS call to Williams and Karen went out with a new phone, set it up and made sure everything was working. Such special service - thank you so much.
