🚨 ATTENTION BRIDGECREST CUSTOMERS
🚨 ATTENTION BRIDGECREST CUSTOMERS: ARE YOU TIRED OF THE EXTORTION? 🚨
Where is the Attorney General when you actually need one? 🏛️⚖️
I’m calling it out right now: Bridgecrest is running a predatory fee trap. Here’s the scam: You make your payment. You have the funds. But they "stop" or delay the processing just so they can hit you with a $15–$30 NSF fee. 💸
It’s not an "error." It feels like a coordinated memo went out on how to bleed clients dry every single month. They aren’t just servicing loans; they’re finding creative ways to steal your hard-earned money under the guise of "banking issues."
I know I’m not the only one. * Has your payment "failed" even when the money was there?
Have you been hit with back-to-back NSF fees for no reason?
Are you done with the "screw-you" attitude from their customer service?
Drop a comment below if they’ve done this to you. It’s time to start documenting this pattern. We aren’t ATMs for their corporate greed. 🖕📉

I just got my car loan with Bridgecrest after missing my 2 payment due to a serious personal issue, only being 7 days late they are already threatening to repo my car! The reps are Robots!!! Consumer Portfolio Services is better!

I do not recommend Bridgecrest under any circumstances.
My vehicle was paid off, and an overpayment was made over a month and a half ago. Since then, I’ve been given the runaround trying to get my money back. I was told a refund check was sent—twice—and never received it. On the third attempt, I was assured it would be overnighted, yet that still did not happen.
Now I’m being told to wait another 10–14 business days, which is completely unacceptable at this point.
On top of that, their interest rates are outrageous, and they have also reported incorrect information to the credit bureaus, which I’ve had to dispute myself.
This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily drawn out. At this point, my next step is having my attorney send a formal demand letter.
Save yourself the stress—avoid at all costs.
I would give them NO STARS if I could
I would give them NO STARS if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they are scammers.
I had a Ford for 2 year and 1 month without a problem. Then all of a sudden, my money would be sent back to my bank. Then I will get a notification then I would send it back. The same day, they would charge me $30. The 2nd time I send it they would keep the money. Then 2 weeks later it would happen again. Then 2 weeks later I send my payment and then they send back 1/2 of my payment. It is only the 2nd day that they have send back 1/2 of my payment. They are now calling and harassing me.
I told them that I am trading my vehicle in this Friday. Now they told me that will be charging me $10 a day.
The money that they have sent back was $124.41. Then I called SilverRock and canceled my warranty. They told me how much I will be getting back. SiverRock told me they send the refund to Bridgecrest. So I called Bridgecrest and asked them about my refund. They told me they will be keeping it.
They have Rude Staff, horrible customer service
Horrible dirty company
Horrible dirty company, quick on late fees if late under 30 days they threaten to repo.
They sent fake emails and customer support is horrible!!!!!
Their collectors lie
Their collectors lie ! BC financed my son’s car. He fall behind when he was downsized. The woman on the phone last week told him to pay $1200 to avoid repo. I gave him the money. A few days later they repo’d the car anyway!!!!!
LIARS & THEIVES !!!!
They continue to report inaccurate information to the credit bureau's EXAMPLE " If I owe you $7k in (Previous Year) December ...there's no way I still owe you $7k in March ( New Year) ESPECIALLY when you are being PAID ON TIME EVERY MONTH. They will LIE and tell you it's a simple daily interest ...WHICH STILL DOES NOT ADD UP TO YOU REPORTING I OWE $7K WHEN I ACTUALLY ONLY OWE $5K. The credit bureau's half "WHOMP" their investigation(s) into these ongoing complaints to prevent CREDIT REPORTING ABUSE which allows these crooks TO BE ABLE continuing reporting inaccurate owed balances AS THEY FAILED to report recent payments which CHANGES YOUR ACTUAL BALANCE....this IS VIOLATION OF ( FCRA RULES & REGULATIONS) as this is DEFINATELY UNFAIR CREDIT REPORTING ABUSE.
Negative 5 stars
Only finance an auto loan with Bridgecrest as a last resort. Horrible company. Harassed with phone calls, text messages and emails that start before the payment due date.
Interest rates that should be illegal. If I could give this company a negative start review, I would.
Advice…Refinance ASAP! Never co-sign a loan for Anyone.
Bridgecrest has lost it's mind.
I cannot locate any specifics about my loan online. This morning, I waited for about 20 minutes to be able to ask what my interest rate is. I also asked how long before payoff and was met with a very rude You are paying until November 12, 2029. Didn't like the sound of that.
I turned off autopay last month to give myself 2 extra days to pay, autopay on the 13th, payday the 15th. They mailed a notarized letter on the 14th threatening repossession.
I am hoping to find someone to refinance with for the remainder of the term. Bridgecrest has lost it's mind.
Beware! Poor customer service
Beware!! They sent me late payment notifications when I was not late, just to get the balance of the loan paid off. they kept calling me for this too. The messages all said that I was late when I was not. But once your loan is paid off if you have any issue this company and its representatives will not assist on any way. We had updated our address from a NC address to an SC address when we moved 2 years ago. Lisence plate had been surrendered and we have been paying property tax on the vehicle in South Carolina. We received the title from North Carolina and reached out to Bridgecrest for help and their answer was that the loan is paid so we can't help anymore. When I asked to speak to the manager for clarification, after having spoken to 3 other representatives who just kept saying that they can't do anything cause the loan was paid, and told her that I was disappointed that no one offered to walk us through the steps or tried to help she said she can give me the steps now on the phone if I want. I found her rude and annoyed. I understand they may not be on the loan and cannot reach out to the DMV on our behalf but the could have tried to guide us and could have been a little more helpful since we are not experts on these matters.
Worse than an abusive act that won't stop calling you
They will literally call you non-stop on the first day that your payment is late. I get about 10 phone calls a day from these idiots. I understand that my payment is late and I have told them that my payment is late. Even if you tell them the date that you are going to pay it they will still call you all day non-stop asking you when you are going to pay it. Their customer service is garbage they are rude as hell. Even when you do pay your bill it takes forever for it to process. Gods forbid if they owe you money. You would have better luck getting a hold of the father that walked out to go get cigarettes and never came back then you would these people. I love carvana and have bought two cars now through them but they need to get with a better loan company.
Rude
Rude customer service She was not trying to hear what I was trying to say she kept cutting me off. Did not listen to what I was saying. I don’t understand if you are business why don’t you have empathy?
This bank is horrible
This bank is horrible. Customer service is worthless, we had a car accident with the at fault insurance paying the repairs. Their policy is to have the check signed and sent to Bridgecrest. Customer service told us otherwise and had us send it to them with no signature and just account number. Only for it to be sent back because it wasn't signed. This prolonged the process even longer even after expediting the check to them twice! Now our car is ready to pick up but Bridgecrest won't supply the email to the repair shop needed for us to pick up the car because it's not their procedure, we even spoke to supervisor which was a complete waste of time because they pretty much told us they can't help us. We're good paying customers with auto pay which insured payment is on time every month. Yet they treated us like a POS because they don't value their customers. Wish we had done research before accepting this bank as our lien holder. Stay away even with bad credit, there are far better options than this garbage bank!
If i could give them a negative star…
If i could give them a negative star rating, I would. They were absolutely excited to get my money for my car but now that it is paid off, SINCE AUGUST 2025, they do not seem to want to help me get the title. I have been waiting for 7 months and have the BBB involved and finally got to a higher up today who would not give me an extension or her last name but said she would help. I am thinking I might need to find a lawyer to get some help. This is the loan company for Carvana, horrible horrible experience.
I purchased one of their cars put $4000…
I purchased one of their cars put $4000 as a down payment. The vehicle was $20,000. I have already paid 16,000 into the car. Which is a total of 20.000 I only had the car for about four months started having transmission issues. The car would sometimes start sometimes it wouldn’t I was paying my car note as well as paying for a rental to get to work so I called bridgecrest explained to them. I’m having some issues with the transmission. The car is not running they suggest I surrender the car they will sell the car. I will have to pay the upside down balance so I listened. I surrendered the car. They sold the car for 9000 only for them to turn around and sue me for the entire price of the vehicle so as of now I am currently looking for an attorney who can represent me in court.😡😡😡 Pleaseeeee do not buy no carvana car under any circumstances Carvana will definitely sell you a lemon and if you surrender the vehicle, they will definitely sue you in court even if you paid off 45% of your vehicle the price of the car carvaan and bridgecrest are extremely bad crooks. I have also noticed on some of my documents. My name was forged..
I missed 2 payments with Bridgecrest…
I missed 2 payments with Bridgecrest and I tried to make arrangements to pay what I owed and they refused to work with me. This, after I put $15,000.00 down on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. Do not, I repeat, do not use this lender if at all possible.
This company are crooks and pos
This company are crooks and pos! Never missed a payment in 2 years but when i decide to voluntarily surrender my vehicle due to a transmission issue that the warranty company could not figure out for over a YEAR! and 8 different shops ive taken it to of there. They wanna send me a letter stating i have 10 days to request a public sale in writting by mail but i got the letter 2 days before the request was due! They would not extend the time frame or nothing just straight up told me they can not control the mail
Brigecrest SUCKS…
Should be a zero star button for this lender. Worst experience trying to pay off a car ever.
Don't finance with this company!!
Don't finance with this company!!
I am currently in the process of refinancing with my bank because of there negligence. They are the worst company on this planet. Avoid this company by all means.
