I had been looking for this amp for a week when i came across Wild Wire guitars on You Tube and E Bay. I made an offer on e bay and Leon contacted me within 24 hours!

He gave me a CRACKING deal (the best on the web!) and gave me brilliant advice on the best way to purchase i.e. cash versus credit.

I run my own business so i don't compliment easily but this business deserves someone to shout their praises for their OUTSTANDING PRICING, no nonsense approach and service excellence.

I called up Wildwire in February to ask if they had a PRS 30th Anniversary SE24 in Amethyst. They did, and I headed across there, and found the guitar ready and waiting for me to try out.

Absolutely brilliant service; I turned up with my husband, and as a female guitarist, gotta say, I'm used to asking questions and having them answered by aiming the answers at him; didn't experience that at all. I was treated with huge respect, and had a thoroughly fab buying experience (and a cup of coffee).

Cannot recommend Wildwire and Leon highly enough; a great shop, with beautiful guitars, run by people who know their stuff and love what they do.

I came across a Deusenberg online at Wildwire that was just the one I was looking for. Living in Denver Colorado, I was a little wary of purchasing a relatively expensive instrument from a dealer in the UK.

As Wildwire both had the instrument I wanted, and at an attractive price, it was worth an email to inquire about the process and expectations. I got a very quick phone call back from Leon who made it clear that they are quite experienced at shipping internationally and made it very easy understand the process and provided me with the detail I need for the transaction.

Not only was the transaction easy, Wildwire delivered the guitar in 2 days which is generally faster than had I purchased domestically from an out of state vendor.

The guitar arrived quickly, well packed and in great shape. For those of you who have found Wildwire for something you are interested in, I would not worry a moment about the quality of the service, the goods, the delivery, or the process to get what you want.

I purchased my guitar after speaking to Leon online and on the phone. He offered some sound advice regarding the guitar/strings whilst being genuinely interested in helping me. Although I ordered later in the day he managed to get the guitar to me the next day just before the weekend. What a great service.

The item itself was a PRS SE Zach Myers Signature - Spalted Maple. The guitar was set up with a nice low action and so far has not needed any adjustment. It is a gorgeous piece of kit that plays like something costing quite a bit more.

I had a follow up email exchange with Leon which again was nicely written and informative. I felt like a valued customer even though I was not spending mega money.

I hope to return to purchase another PRS guitar in the future (wife permitting!)

I bought a PRS DGT from Wildwire Music over the phone from Leon.

Leon was more then helpful and answered any questions I had about the guitar with a professional knowledge, and was happy to chat about the guitar and what to expect form PRS in general.

The shipping was prompt and at a very agreeable price. I was kept up-to-date as to when my money was received, when the guitar was shipped (the same day the payment was received) and when I could expect it to arrive.

The guitar arrived in perfect condition, tuned with new strings and well set-up.

Having previously never heard of Wildwire Music, I'm more than happy with my experience and will be considering them for any future purchases in the future.

i've just bought a PRS SE guitar from Wildwire Music and i can recommend them totally. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, i was offered a coffee and was able to sit and try as many guitars as i liked. The staff were very knowledgable and enthusiastic and i came away with a great guitar having had a really nice morning. The store has loads of PRS guitars in stock ready to play and promises a really good after sales service. If you want a PRS guitar this is by far the best shop i've been to, highly recommended.

I bought a PRS Hollowody II in March '13 - this was a totally great experience - I had an astonishing (for the UK) choice of three HB IIs, and I was given time to try them all out. The staff there were very friendly and set up the guitar properly through two outputs into conventional and acoustic (for piezo p/u) amps, so I could try out properly. Great place.

I bought my gorgeous PRS Custom 24 from Wildwire Music in November 2013.
They could not have been more helpful. They set the guitar up to perfection while we went for lunch, and on our return showed us some of their fantastic private-stock PRS guitars as well as telling us all about their trips to the US PRS factory to choose the PRS guitars they sell and the materials for the private stock models. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Wildwire for a couple of years now, and I cannot praise Leon and Chris highly enough. Their stock is ever changing, and nothing is ever too much trouble, a warm welcome is guaranteed at the store as well as fast, friendly and professional service whether you go to the store, or contact them via email or on the phone. I have bought things from a £1 replacement bridge to a PRS Private Stock and Fender Custom Shop Relic guitars, and the service is always superb no matter what you buy, or if you don't buy anything for that matter!
If you have money to spend, spend it with Wildwire, not only will you be getting the very best product, as these guys know their stuff when it comes to all things guitar, but you will be getting the very best service, and you can't really put a price on that.

Recently ,I purchased a bass guitar from Wild Wire Music and was amazed by the great service ,I received . I had the pleasure of dealing with Leon . I was calling from the states and had to trust him on the condition of the bass and it's playability . From start to finish Leon did everything he promised and I received my bass ,as described in excellent condition . I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I would give Leon and the whole store 5 stars on overall service. Had an amazing experience buying my Son PRS S2 Custom 24 today! We both were made really welcome, all staff are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their products, they were more concerned that my Son picked the right guitar for the music that he like to play, as we were not sure to start with, than making the sale, I was very impressed as this approach is very rare this days. They answered all our questions and explained the difference between the different specifications in great detail. I would definitely recommend you visit Wildwire, you guaranteed fantastic experience, great quality products and professional advise.

I first visited Wildwire 2 years ago when my son got a cheap 1st guitar for his birthday (not from Wildwire) and started having lessons. When he broke a string the morning of his lesson, What to do?, looked on the internet and found Wildwire 5mins down the road, so I took the guitar to see what they could do. Leon was extremely helpful and to my surprise was able to replace the strings there and then, Result!!!. I was that impressed I returned with my son some weeks later for a look around , Leon and his dad were brilliant, my son was amazed as the guys let him play a number of guitars(no pressure) just a love for what they do. As a result of this we regularly bob in to a warm welcome, a coffee and my son got a PRS SE Bernie signed by the man himself for his Birthday. My son is guitar mad!!, last Christmas he asked for a PRS Mira (which he only puts down to play his Bernie!). The guys at Wildwire are truly amazing and I would highly recommend a visit.

I ordered a fairly expensive, for me at least, prs USA guitar. As I live near edinburgh and have little time to travel (saw the guitar on the website, only place that had the one I wanted) I decided to give the shop a call. Order was processed quickly and painlessly and guitar arrived the next day, fantastic. I even gigged with the guitar the day after that (possibly a bad idea but went really well). What an amazing collection of superb guitars. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff are great. Not pushy. No hassle. Just the pride of showing off their wonderful stock.
Needless to say , I returned the next day and added to my PRS collection.
