Bought a Taylor 214ce Sunburst Deluxe online. Guitar arrived in excellent condition. They were nice enough to throw in a truss rod wrench free of cost. Very happy with the purchase. Delivery time was also very quick. The response time on contacting them on emails was surpringly quick.
Overall, great experience! No problems at all. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a guitar.

I was looking for a PRS Custom 24 and found a really nice one on Wildwire Guitars site. As I was not very sure about the satin finish, Leon sent me additionnal photos and even a little video of the guitar. He even mentionned a tiny gloss line that you can barely see, and offered me a great deal :)
I really appreciated the honesty and the nice communication from day one.

The delivery was pretty fast (3 days, I live in France) and the guitar arrived in its case perfectly packed, with a very nice gift inside: a superb leather strap!

I took my first visit to WildWire guitars after looking at their very comprehensive website. Their site contains professional detailed photos of their exquisite stocked Guitars which are superb. The website site is probably one of the best online and certainly gave me every confidence that my visit would be worthwhile. Well my visit was worth the drive from Birmingham, Chris and Leon looked after me and my wife throughout the visit. The comprehensive range of PRS guitars was outstanding, they let me comfortably try the models I was interested in at my leisure, without any pressure at all, a great experience. I went to look at the PRS core model range, however with a superb deal from Chris and Leon I left very happy with a beautiful example of a PRS P22 in McCarty Sunburst.
I am a truly satisfied customer and would thoroughly recommend WildWire Guitars, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I definitely look forward to visiting them again in the future. Dave.

Juts in from the UK to France .. Exchanges straight to the point led to a quick agreement.

Honest in all aspects, received today and on the amp tonight.. Delighted on the visuals as described.. A great instrument to add on to my collection. I am pleased with the fast forward exchanges and quick conclusion.. Great guitar free sounding way up there and considering a foreign transaction.. Highly recommended ;-))

I bought a beautiful second hand Gibson from Wildwire. After spotting the guitar online I had a short email exchange with Leon - who was prompt and courteous throughout my questioning! The guitar arrived on the agreed date, exactly as described and fantastically well packed. Highly recommended.

Upon release of the new PRS SE Chris Robertson model (currently only available in the EU/UK), I began searching online for a shop that would ship internationally (as I live in the US).

I was contacted by Leon and he personally helped me get one picked out - he unboxed the 2 that the shop had received and took pictures of both (so I could choose). I placed my order on Saturday morning (9/3/16) and it was delivered to my house in South Dakota the following Wednesday morning! The guitar showed up in record time and in perfect condition! I could not be more pleased with the service I received!!

At first, I was a little hesitant spending that much money with a company that I had never done business with (and that is located some 4000+ miles away) but Leon put all those fears to rest. If I ever have cause to order internationally again, Wildwire Guitars will surely get my business.

Unquestionable customer service, Leon and Chris were very friendly, offered me complimentary drinks and was both helpful and patient with me in their store. I part exchanged some equipment in which they gave me a very fair, very close to retail price which I was more than happy with and in the end I left the proud owner of one of the nicest looking PRS guitars I've ever seen.. Worth adding that I had a 150 mile round trip which I would more than happily do again!

I suppose I'm like a lot of people looking to purchase items, go online and compare suppliers. I have done this for some time in respect of guitars and bought from the big well known suppliers. Nothing wrong with that and did get good deals and very good service.

However during a recent online search I came across Wildwire Guitars at Selby, North Yorkshire some 20 miles from where I live.

I decided to visit as they stock an extremely good selection of PRS guitars, a make I was looking to buy.

As stated in the headline, what a little gem to find. A warm welcome from Leon, a patient and well informed person. The showroom comfortable and well set out with plenty of selection including top end guitars.

I was undecided on which of the two models to buy and had a chat with Leon. A night to think about it and ended up buying both. Can't make a decision to save my life! Don't think that a smaller supplier can't match prices with the large turnover guys. They can and I got a brilliant deal.

To sum up. Personal friendly service, No hassle or pressure to buy. Comfortable surroundings to be in and very easy to access.

I for one will use Wildwire for my future purchases. If you can't visit personally give Leon a call I'm sure he'll sort something out for you.

Having trawled around a number of shops recently I took a small detour on my way home north. The perfect balance of attention relaxed atmosphere and a better selection of guitars than any of the 6 places I have visited recently. (London and Manchester) I had a very distinct impression that there is no stock hung on the walls at wildwire guitars unless it meets with their approval and high standards. It was a delight to find a shop that was not wall to wall gibsons and fender. Godin summit classic ct convertible bought.

I saw a guitar on their Ebay shop site . Phoned up about the model , very friendly response. Agreed to ship free of charge which was most welcome to the Isle of Wight . I paid by PayPal and within the hour they organised the shipping. It arrived NEXT DAY within the time envelope of one hour.
The guitar has exceeded my expectations . Anyone thinking of buying a Strat style should try a Godin. The sounds are so varied , the HDR really enhances the sound. The action is perfect , I can't put it down !.
I strongly recommend Wildwire guitars .

Definitely 'knows' guitars.

I ordered a PRS guitar strap online - quickly received an email asking me to get in touch. I telephoned and Leon apologised for not having the strap in stock and offered alternatives including a much more expensive PRS strap for the same price as the one had ordered, the contact details for a rival supplier or to wait for an expected delivery from PRS. I opted to wait for the delivery. However, after a few days, Leon emailed to say that he did not want me to have to wait any longer and so paid another company to send me the strap !! Superb service thank you.

I first came across Wildwire guitars about 4 years ago and it was a very nice surprise to experience the high level of customer service. They offer superb guitar setups and a wide range of breath taking guitars that could make any PRS guitars fan drool. They recently moved to a much larger unit, allowing them to stock even more guitars and amps of the highest quality, including: Taylor; PRS; Vigier; Godin; Gibson; Fender; Dusenburg and many more. Wildwire is definitely one of, if not the, best guitar shops in the area.

Called in today on my way home from Hull, didn't even know the shop existed until someone mentioned it on Youtube. Wanted to try a Yamaha Revstar but they didn't have one in but they did have a nice PRS Bernie Marsden which I fell in love with and had to have. The service was exemplary and they gave me a great deal on the guitar. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I visited Wildwire music yesterday to purchase a new guitar. I couldn't have received better service and was welcomed from walking in the door.
The range of stock is exceptional with something to suit all budgets and requirements.
There was no pressure and no rush and I was able to try guitars comfortably.
I purchased a G&L which is fabulous and got an excellent deal on my trade in, resulting in my leaving feeling very satisfied.
The attention to detail and level of service is secknd to none and I have already started to spread the word.

After a lovely welcome you are met with a superb store layout.
I was wanting accessories (Mic stand and Mic) and left with exactly what I required after having the guys ensured the items suited my requirements.
