What a shame that the shipment was delivered to you in this way! The shipment will probably have been damaged during the process.
If the wine does not suit your taste, you can always use the tasting guarantee with at least 5 sealed bottles. We can have PostNL collect these bottles from your doorstep, and either credit or exchange the shipment for another wine. With a composite package, this tasting guarantee unfortunately expires.

The marketing practises of wijnbeurs…
The marketing practises of wijnbeurs are terrible, intolerably pushy! Once they have you in their system it seems to be impossible to get out, especially from the snailmail letters. I really don't want to receive their paper promotions anymore, I like a bit of wine now and then, but really, it seems they think I have all the money in the world and tonnes of time to bask around drinking litres of their wine. Help!get me off their snailmail list !!!!

Service excellent
Service excellent, was recommended by a friend to try as their wine is always good.
But the first wine we tried, the Bardolino from the first purchase, was not nearly as good as a 3.99 bottle of Argentinian "Norton' we drank the same day from the local supermarket
That was a disappointment, especially as there was a second bottle.

What a shame to read that the taste of the Barolo disappointed you! Of course it can happen that a wine does not suit your taste, the price of a wine does not always make the difference here.
Fortunately we have a large assortment of ( good quality ) wines, and presumably there is a wine among them that meets your needs! And of course you can always use our 100% tasting guarantee, so you can try a bottle first.

Okay wines. Nothing special though.
Had the season subscription for a year now. 1-2 wines are nice and the rest are well, ‘wine’ in the broadest level.
Nothing special or complex. Unfortunately, some of the wines just have no taste. Watery.
For sure considering the pricing at the company one can not expect that much and I guess are fair for the quality of wines in general.

Great service and fair prices
Great service and fair prices. I have ordered the first time and received the order fast and got a great reaction when I complained about the content of a surprise package which contained 6 times the same wine instead of 6 different ones. I get 6 new, different wines for free. That is great service and turned the whole thing around. No fuss, no complicated forms but a real person on the phone with expertise and customer focus. I am a fan!
