Terrible service

Terrible service, ordered a product with them which was supposed to arrive next day, but arrived one week later. I had to call numerous times as they weren't sending the product. It turns out they lost my payment, despite the fact that they sent me the payment notification . I had to send the proof of payment, which made no sense. Terrible service, never ordering with them again

Good fast service

After a brief but informative talk over the phone with one of their support staff I decided to buy the EVOHome wifi packet with 4 TRVs' for my house. The delivery was fast and the systems works great.

Very fast and excellent service !!

I placed an order from Belgium. The order arrived very quickly and although 1 item was incorrect, it was replaced with the correct item very efficiently indeed. I am very happy with the service from Wifithermostaten.nl.
