Fantastic Amazing brilliant

Good products, fast service at a decent price

Fast delivery and very efficient when I had a prior return request.

I quickly got through to a helpdesk staff member who was quick to find what I was looking for and followed up by email with links to the products I needed to place a order on line.
Friendly, informed and professional customer service that many other customer service teams could do well to learn from.
Items ordred were shipped same day and with me the next day.

Next day delivery of an excellent product at a fair price.

It was delivered 10 days late but that was the fault of Royal Mail (just before Christmas). They tried once apparently but left no message so didn't know they had tried and no ability to rearrange delivery. I got onto WiFi Antennas and their very helpful service found all this out and provided a tracking number. I arranged for redelivery and it wasn't! It was eventually though. Lesson is don't use Royal Mail in December.

The team were really helpful with choosing what I needed. The price was competitive, and when everything arrived I was really pleased with the quality; it looks like the antenna will survive outdoors indefinitely. I won't mess around with Amazon again and will use these guys instead. I would certainly recommend.

I have delt with the for several year and found them to be fast and reliable. I usual require equipment at short notice and can get it to me next day.

Great extension cable and has the right connections

This company is one of the better companies if not the one of the Best, they do exactly what they say, and they keep you fully informed every step of the process, but more importantly the quality of the coax (HDF-400 in my case) they sell is Excellent Quality! far to many companies sell cheap copies of this coax that look the same but the loss factors are significantly higher in the cheap knock-off coax particularly at the higher frequencies.
One member of their staff deserves a special mention, Lauren Sugden, there was a small delay in my delivery and I was offered the chance to cancel should I wish, but I was happy to wait as I know the quality of the coax they sell is 'Good', she kept me fully informed at all times so I knew just what was happening, and once their stock had been replenished my order was rushed to me over night at no extra cost.
I have now purchased three 50Mtr drums of HDF-400 coax all of which measured up to the full specification. I can not recommend this company enough they offer a level of customer service I thought had gone for good, but no, it lives in this company, they are now my 'Go To' company for Coax, I would imagine their other products are just as good.
Should you need High Quality coax then look no further, you will not be disappointed.

This is an honourable company that do just what they say, they have become my "Go-To" company for coax, there is a lot of misleading rubbish coax out there and it is getting harder and harder to pick the good stuff from the rubbish, I have now bought three 50Mtr drums of HDF-400 coax, when tested all three drums have lived up to the specification claimed, this is so refreshing, a company that constantly sell's a quality product.
There was a shipping delay with my last order, but I preferred to stay with them for fear of purchasing poor quality from another firm, but I was kept fully informed all through by Lauren whom I can not praise highly enough, she was helpful, truthful and informative all the way through, I should add she was also Very quick to answer any of my emails.
If you want good quality coax that you can rely on you need look no further than Wi-Fi Antennas, they are an honest firm with good old fashioned good service.
in my humble opinion Highly Recommended.
