Great customer service
I have been using Wickes for nearly 40 years and my local Grimsby store is my go to store. They have everything to make your home and garden a place to Love, the store is always clean,tidy and well stocked and the staff are friendly and always happy to help with anything you require, especially Yvonne .

Excellent customer service - kitchen team Grimsby
The kitchen team at Grimsby have been amazing with us. Taken time to explore all possible options for us financially and with the space we have.
Chris Moses was amazing, based on the customer service we received from Chris and his line manager we decided to go with Wickes over the competition.

Kitchen planning and fitting
Had a look at other local providers, decided Wickes best. Jo, our kitchen planner, was brilliant! Patient, friendly gave me plenty of time, considered alternatives for each thing I wanted. Thought about thing's I hadn't. Checked everything was exactly what I wanted before signing off. Then still amended something when I changed my mind on the last day possible before actual fitting. The fitters were great confirming start date and when they would come and go through it with me. Jay, Sean and Mark were just amazing all round. Neat, tidy, cleaned up at the end of every day. Checked minor changes with me. A brilliant experience all round from start to finish. I waited a very long time but my new kitchen is just fab. Huge thanks to Jo for planning, and then the fitting team. Whole heartedly recommend.
