Wickes - Dundee Reviews 

My go to store for building materials, been a trade card holder for many years. Staff in Dundee invariably helpful and knowledgeable.
On last visit was dealt with by Karen, who I don’t often see on the checkout. She was very pleasant, exchanged chat whilst carrying out the transaction, didn’t feel that I was simply another customer.
Have to say all staff members interact with customers and are a credit to the store.

Great service from Wickes Dundee. I use the store regularly as a trade customer and have always found the staff friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

A special mention to Karen and Caitlin, who are both absolutely brilliant. Nothing is ever too much bother, they’re always happy to help and they make getting what you need for the job quick and straightforward.

It makes a big difference as a tradesman when you get that level of service, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Working with Jon to design and plan our new kitchen was a stress free experience that allowed us time to ensure everything was just as we wanted.

Janet in the Dundee store couldn't be more helpful. I had a problem with click & collect , so she helped me find everything when I went into the store.
She is always very friendly & helpful anytime I go into the store.

Easy to find and purchase the item i wanted. As i approached the till, a customer was being dealt with. Caitlin directed me to another till and dealt efficiently with my purchase.

Jon was our advisor and, having never navigated a kitchen installation before, his ideas, designs and guidance were invaluable and impeccable. Such a great personality too, a joy to work with.

Jon was my design consultant and deciding with him what my new kitchen would look like was a joy.He put no pressure on me and gave me many options within my small budget. All steps in the process were clearly explained. He showed great knowledge, patience and a sense of humour which was greatly appreciated.

This is my go to local building supplies company, I can always get what I need from here for all my projects. There's also one staff member in particular named Janet who always has a good attitude and a smile on her face.. she's very helpful and makes every visit to the shop a positive one!

I was in wickes last week ans i was getting a few light switches and fan i needed lights for my bathroom and i really did not know what i was looking for as in width i as asked the lady to help me tiegan was really nice about it and showed me where i was able to get them and advised me on what size i would need and the hole side for my ceiling lights .she was a little star and very smiley i asked her about a bathroom fan but was no stock in for the size i needed and tiegan told me about another place i mite get the size i was wanting . Thank you again tiegan for the help we need more staff like tiegan in places .

Great five-star service from Jon Firmin, the Design Consultant, in Wickes and the rest of the staff in the Dundee store. He has designed my Kitchen, Utility, Shower room and Loft WC. I always go back to him. He is open to suggestions and alternatives to his designs but you usually end up returning to his original ideas. Also, if you have any issue with your order, go to Jon in the first instance and he will sort it out without fuss, as the Wickes Customer Services phone line will suck the life out of your soul.

My experience with Janet was she was really helpful and when I asked for advice she knew how to deal with my query without asking for help of a colleague. This store is really friendly and all staff are nice and make you feel welcome.
