We are so pleased with the service from Macheala at the Aylesbury store. Throughout our design process she took on board all our ideas and wishes and created a beautiful bathroom for us. When asking to make the odd change, nothing was too much trouble (and we had many questions for her!!). The whole process was made easier through her in depth explanations enabling the whole process to be seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to see the finished design now! Highly recommend using Macheala!

I've had a really positive experience with the Wickes bathroom installation. Chloe from the Aylesbury branch was so helpful and designed our bathroom for us from scratch. We hit a couple of snags along the way but she sorted them for us immediately and ensured everything went smoothly. Chloe was supportive and professional throughout the process and I would definitely want to go back to her for our next project. Moving onto the contractors for the bathroom install, we were matched up with Marius and his team from 3D Force who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Marius took the time to come out and visit prior to the work starting and went through everything in great detail which really appreciated. His communication was amazing and he kept us updated the whole way through and arranged everything very well. Nothing was too much trouble. We had George and Nicu from his team completing the install and what a lovely team! They were professional, arrived early every day and worked their socks off! Their attention to detail on the bathroom really shows and the finish is beautiful. Again, nothing was too much trouble and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. All in all a seamless and positive process. Holly from the Installation Customer Service Centre was also so helpful and checked in regularly to ensure things were running to plan. I would absolutely recommend Wickes for bathroom installs (specifically with the contractors we had). Thank you all!

We had an excellent experience with Wickes, right from our first appointment through to completion. Chloe walked us through the whole process, was very patient with all of our questions (and indecisiveness), and came up with some great ideas to completely transform our bathroom - even offering guidance and inspiration on colours and styles when asked. Recently had my new kitchen designed and installed by Wickes. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Katrina was in charge of design and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was installed by Derek who was a true professional and nothing was too much trouble. The finished result was amazing and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend.

First of all Macheala was brilliant in designing our bathroom for us we were both happy with her design & Fabio the lovley guy who Macheala recommended to do the job was absolutely amazing so friendly & hard working & we were both very happy with the finished project thankyou so much.

Great experience with Wickes from the start to the end. We were really happy with a design created by Chloe Folds, very beautiful but also practical. Thanks to Ian coordinating the whole process. GLS Maintenance did the bathrooms renovation. Special thanks go to Tomasz, who did a very accurate job with attention to details. Thank you, Greg, who has supervised the project. The bathrooms were completed at a high standard and timely.

Macheala Slatter is an absolute superstar.
From first meeting her through to helping us deal with some challenges throughout our installation, despite it not being Wickes contractors - Macheala has been communicative, beyond helpful and always kept to her word.
This was our first experience buying a kitchen, we knew nothing! I can say for sure that the next time I am in such need, Macheala will be my first point of call.

A friendly and helpful experience. From out tentative initial ideas to a completed design Chloe was supportive and listened to our requirements giving us excellent advice on layout , bathroom fittings , and tiles. Throughout she responded to queries promptly and always with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Also an excellent fitting team who were so easy to work with. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Aylesbury branch today (Sunday 7th June, around 12:00 noon). I went in to return a bag of sand within the return window. I had lost the physical paper receipt but provided a clear photograph of it, which I always take for my records. The store manager, Dave, flat-out refused the return.

When I suggested he verify the purchase against my card transaction, he was entirely dismissive. I politely asked to see the store policy stating that photo receipts are unacceptable, and he became defensive and failed to produce any such policy. To make matters worse, his attitude was completely unprofessional. When I asked for his full name to log a formal complaint, he rudely replied, "Dave, and when I asked his surname - he said you don't need a surname."

A manager should know how to verify a transaction and, more importantly, how to treat customers with basic respect. It is my right to return a product with valid proof of purchase. I have raised a formal complaint with customer services and expect the Regional Manager to investigate this poor standard of leadership.

I chose Wickes for my new kitchen because of my experience with in- store designer Chloe. She listened very carefully to my requirements and guided me through the design process, paying close attention to details. It was very helpful to see all the elements together in one place and to take home samples to view in situ. The installer was excellent and the whole experience went smoothly and to schedule.
