We were in store for a bulk purchase of gravel bags and we were able to get everything we needed. We were assisted by Guyo who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything, he even helped load it onto our van!

Great service
As a frequent customer of Wickes I hadn't realised that I could get a discount by signing up to the Trade Pro app. I was served by Guyo who made the whole process quick and simple and saved me some money. Thanks Guyo.

Outstanding customer service
Visited wickes Alton today and whilst I am a frequent visitor I had some assistance with gaining a trade pro account. Guyo was the assistant who supported and was fantastic, his manner and patience with my lack of it ability and even had time to make conversation with my daughter. Excellent service from a charming individual.

Went in to Wickes to get some paint…
Went in to Wickes to get some paint with my 6 year old. Guyo has a great mix of knowledge and customer service skills! He mixed the paint for my son and talked him through the process, my son was over the moon! Definitely will be back, not just for supplies but awesome customer service. Keep it up
