I spoke to craig at customer service on the phone also via chat. He was really polite & helpful, all I needed was a part ordered as it broke. Which they were able to do meaning I didn't have to pay more money in regards to the full price of the whole product I just had to pay for the part & postage saving me money. Cheers!

First class after sales service
I've been a user of WhyBuyNew for some time and always delighted with my purchases.
Recently I had cause to use their after sales support to replace a worn out part and the team went to a lot of trouble to identify and source the item and get it to me in good time for my next gig. I can't speak highly enough of this company. Thanks especially to Craig who was excellent.
