Custom LED Strip length order

EXCELLENT personalised service
Simon was so, so helpful. He went above and beyond to recommend the right products, he offered a soldering service and understood the deadline. We used the website chat service to communicate and I was able to share the design I needed to light up and that was really useful.

Be aware that the guarantee is not fit…
Be aware that the guarantee is not fit for purpose. I purchased garden cob lighting along with transformers etc for my electrician to install in the garden. The company reassured me that the products had a 5 year guarantee as the product was so good.
Two moths in and the lights have stopped. Contacted them with pictures and they said they would fix them if I sent them back. I would need to pay my electrician to come back and uninstall and then pay again to reinstall. I explained this and they were not interested. Offered to send me a pre paid envelope. Won’t bother with needless emails and shall go through the small claims court.
My advice is to anyone looking for LED lighting, go somewhere else. They have a video on YouTube which makes you feel that they are reputable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere with proper customer service and satisfaction.

Can't fault em to be honest
Can't fault em to be honest. Was slightly dubious having read the negative comments on here but was in a hurry for the fittings so took the plunge.
Thought it was gonna go pear shaped when they only had 2 of the 4 fittings in stock but I needn't have worried. A quick chat with Dee and she got the 2 they had on the shelf away on a next day courier and sent the other 2 a few days later when they arrived in from their supplier which was enough for me to get them fitted and the facia back together.
Can't fault the service I received, communications were great start to finish and the lady did her best to make sure I could get on with the awkward part of the job as it was all in bits.
