The sales team are really helpful, they took the time to talk me through the different parts I would need for my lighting project. From order to delivery was only two working days, everything arrived well packaged.

I would have ordered the wrong bits But Simon was very helpful and e mailed me the links For the parts that I required.

Dee was really helpful with my problem regarding an installed LED strip lighting. I sent a photo of the problem and they messaged me back imminently and sent a replacement. Excellent service.

Ordered a LED set for my new media wall. Initially was unsure how to set everything up but WLED helped me with the whole process from design to installation. I had an issue with the Zigbee controller connecting to my router as it apparently only works on 2.4ghz frequency. Once this was altered it worked perfectly. One of the LED strips had a slight fault and I reported this back to customer service. Dee replied quickly and sorted me out with a replacement strip. Thanks again.

I purchased lights from Simon a few years ago and wanted to replace some items, he couldn't have been more helpful although the products I originally purchases were unavailable, but others were suggested and on their way! Excellent service.

Dee called me within 20 minutes of me placing an order and highlighted things I had overlooked. I decided to completely change the order so he went through each thing, calculated what I required, offered decent advice from his experience, and I came away really pleased (and a lot poorer lol). I have had led strips and aluminium profiles from them before (plaster in) and they are great quality and look perfect

First off the staff are brilliant. You don't have to be an expert on lighting. You tell them what you want to do then they help make your project come to life.
I wanted lighting in my dresser.
The tape LED was deemed the product off choice as the tape was primed to peel the back off and push the tape into position.
My particular tape sadly didn't stick but with a few drops of super glue all was well.
My wife and I are thrilled with what has been created.
This is not my first purchase from this company and it won't be my last.
