Utter waste of time totally utrustworthy, impossible to do buisiness with.
Ordered a bath panel, shows online as "in stock", paid £50 for a special delivery.
Two days later no news, so I phoned them:
"Oh yes sorry that one is actually a special order from a supplier we dont have them in stock, it wont be ready to dispatche for a week, someone from sales is supposed to phone to tell you that when you order it."
Firstly, it doesnt even make sense why is it listed as "in stock" when its not, secondly how can someone phone me to tell me this AFTER I`ve ordered it and paid for it to inform me ?
Why did nobody phone ? - They dont know
Why is it listed as in stock when its not ? - They dont know
I`ve now got parts arriving a week late which the pumber cant fit as he`s on another job after the end of this week.
Will never order from here again, because its impossible to trust when anything you buy will actually arrive.

Dreadful, dreadful company. Sent me a radiator which didn’t work and which cost me £300 to have fitted as 4 plumbers/electricians tried and failed to get it working. Wholesale Domestics initially said they would pay to get it removed from my house and returned to them and that they would refund me the costs involved, but then randomly changed their minds and are refusing to pay for its removal, or the £300 I spent having it fitted, and are even insisting that I pay for radiator shaped cardboard boxes to get it returned to them. I am down about £600 so far without a penny back from them and they still want me to spend more. So I’m now stuck taking them to small claims court to get my money back. All of this while I lost my job and am coping with a terminal diagnosis. Utterly shameful company. You sent me a broken radiator, why am I down £600???
Added after their reply - they are still refusing to refund me for the glycol needed to fill the defective radiator or for the £300 installation costs, so I am still down £300. This is not a satisfactory resolution. You sent me a defective item and I should not be out of pocket as a result of it.

We spent almost £1000 on bathroom furniture from Wholesale Domestic, and after only 3 years the sink tap completely stopped working properly. The handle can no longer be lifted or pushed down to open and close the water. This was NOT caused by misuse or damage from us it is clearly due to the extremely poor quality of the materials or the internal mechanism inside the tap itself. A tap is designed to be opened and closed every single day, so this should not happen after such a short time.
When we contacted the company, they immediately told us the faulty part was “not under warranty.” Instead of replacing the tap or taking responsibility, they told US to dismantle the tap ourselves, identify the broken piece, and send them photos. We explained that we were uncomfortable doing this because there was a real risk of not being able to reassemble the tap properly, but they refused to help.
As a result, we had to spend even more money hiring someone just to remove and reinstall the tap. After sending the photos they requested, they then told us they DON’T EVEN HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART. Instead, they sent us links to external websites and told us to buy the part ourselves, offering only a ridiculous 20% discount.
This level of customer service is shocking. We have had bathroom taps in other homes last over 20 years without any issues, yet this expensive tap failed after only 3 years. Poor quality products, terrible after-sales support, and zero responsibility toward customers. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I would never buy from Wholesale Domestic again.

First visit Zoe helped us, 2nd visit Ali, 3rd visit Aaron (all in Edinburgh). All of them knew their products and all of them gave me ideas I used in the final layout/purchase. Our new ensuite is bright and fresh and I love it! Finally feel safe in my new sturdy, non-slip shower too. Thanks for all the help guys!

WDB was recommended to us by our fitter. We visited the Hillington showroom a couple of times and can definitely recommend. The showroom has an extensive display of all your bathroom requirements at a reasonable cost. We were attended to by Bernard on several occasions. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and made our life a lot easier as there was so much to consider. Thanks again Bernard, first class customer service for sure.

Went to Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms in Glasgow. Once in the showroom we were a bit overwhelmed with the sheer size of it. Luckily we asked
the salesperson Srishti for advice and she was fantastic. She led us through the whole process from beginning to end with great patience and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this shop.

Never again. I ordered bathroom cupboard. Came without handles. Emailed the company, never answered. Phoned to the company, they send me 1 handle instead of 2! Another phone call, lady said send an email to us. Seriously!!! I said no as no one answered for the first one. She said that someone contact me soon. That never happens. Now I have cupboard for 100 pounds without one handle!
