We first contacted Lauren Moffat at WH&N because we were having a problem with one of our tenants, normal problems rent arrears, damage to the property ect.
We had a meeting with Lauren and she put us at ease with her professional manor when dealing with a section 8 notice to start the eviction.
She contacted us with updates on the progress right through to its completion and court system

The bad tenant has now gone and after a big clean up we have got new trustworthy tenant that is looking after our property and paying the rent by direct debit.

Jennifer was brilliant. I’ve carried out several property transactions in my time and Jennifer’s service was right up there for what I needed. Shariah mortgages have their own complexities and usually lengthy by nature. I came to WHN after I was referred and had a tight deadline to complete before the SDLT changes. Jennifer was realistic about the meeting the deadline, but still able to over deliver, notified me in advance of her annual (assigning a proxy), communication was very consistent and proactive. Would happily work with her again.
