Customer service/Product Quality
Customer service, delivery times and delivery notifications are excellent. Products are very high quality. On the downside, a chair was delivered damaged in damaged packaging and replacement took time but all corrected eventually and with no fuss.

Ordered compact corner sofa with fire…
Ordered compact corner sofa with fire pit table. When the it arrived we had a sudden downpour and the delivery men got completely soaked but they still delivered to my garden room. Thank you. One box looked damaged and when we opened it, it was the box holding the glass guard and the glass was smashed. I contacted White Stores straight away and was asked to send pictures via email. The wonderful Arabella got back to me via email within 2 hours to inform me that they would send a new glass guard out to me within 4 days, I received it in 2 days and it is now all set up in my garden. Accidents happen but it is how it is handled and in my case Arabella not only replaced the item in days she also apologised and checked that I was okay due to the glass being shattered. Fantastic customer service.

Garden Furniture Cover
Looking for a patio furniture set cover. Have had several different covers in the past that have not stood the test of time. I accept nothing lasts forever especially when exposed to the UK climate.
Came across this cover by Protex. The dimensions Length 200cm, depth 80 cm & height 85cm were the closest I came across.
The quality is very good as are the types of fastenings that it has to help it fit securely.
Impressed & hoping that it will outperform my previous covers.

The cover feels well made
The cover feels well made, and sturdy. With straps that go underneath, and at each each end to tidy up any loose bits, it certainly doesn't look as if it'll blow away or turn inside out. As possible a point of interest we bought an extra large storage box cover, but are using to cover a large garden table, complete with 6 chairs.

Very pleased with product.
Good quality furniture. Really pleased with it. The cushions are lovely. The chairs very comfy. Easy to order however I felt there was a lack of communication. It all felt very AI if I’m truthful. I felt our order was quite expensive but there was no follow up once ordered. I ended up emailing to check on the progress. The delivery was ok but I was advised by White Stores one delivery day and time so booked the day off work only for the courier to advise of a different day and time. Thankfully my daughter was here.

Great product at a great price and fantastic customer service
I had been looking for a particular set of outdoor Christmas icicle lights which I have found to be particularly reliable and last many years. The set I had bought in previous years were not yet shown on the White Stores website but a quick online chat and they were able to find what I was looking for at a great price (advantage of shopping for Christmas lights in August). They really know what they are doing with customer service and it sets them apart from many other retailers. A special mention to Fraser Murray at White Stores for being especially helpful.
