We had a pleasant and well informed tour of the showroom. We were presented with a number of options, enabling us to make the correct choice.

Outstanding product, easy to assemble the service provided was excellent. Overall would definitely purchase from this store again.

Bought an ex-display outdoor set on 30 August after checking its condition in store. A week later, set arrived without any protection and had new extensive deep scratches, likely caused during delivery.

I contacted support. No response but 2 days later get a text asking to confirm a delivery slot. No further info. Two hours before second delivery was due was notified that the delivery was cancelled. Never told what it actually was.

After a month and several follow-ups, I have received no response whatsoever or resolution.

Extremely disappointing customer service and experience. Think twice before purchasing from here.

After viewing the product in the Milton Keynes branch and then checking dimensions on our decking I ordered over the phone with Derek at Milton Keynes who was very friendly and efficient. The communication following the order was excellent and delivery was much quicker than we had originally been advised. We are very impressed with White Stores and our new outdoor furniture

Exceptional good furniture, but extremely disappointed that covers are still unavailable.

We had really good service from White Stores in Trafford park. The sales team were great (and I’m someone who doesn’t like to be pounced on in a shop). We also had a problem with one of the items when it was delivered and it was sorted out very well. The quality and look seems to be excellent

Spent close to £2000 for a dining set of table and chairs. As we were assembling the table, screws were missing.
Had to wait another 5-10 days for just screws to come.
Wasted a day from work and Air Tasker money

I had an issue with a recent order that I placed, one of the items was faulty. However, I contacted the Customer Services Team via email. Angel Yap dealt with my query and resolved it very quickly and the replacement for the faulty item is being dispatched as we speak. Great service👍

Nicely laid out store, really helpful staff, quick and easy ordering process

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Whole process from ordering to delivery straightforward. The guy delivering went the extra mile to ensure he handed us our order - unlike some companies who just drop it on your doorstep and run- often not even ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. Parasol fine would have liked a cover for it but used my old one.

Recently ordered a set of Nova sunbed covers . The order was dispatched straight away , but was delayed by the courier, no fault of the company .
I contacted White Stores , who were amazing. They checked on my delivery daily and kept up updated , even to the point of delivery .
I can really recommend White Stores , a company that cares for their customers.

I've been looking for a white nutcracker for years. I finally found Otto and I am absolutely delighted! Great quality and very easy to assemble. I couldn't bear to put him away until Christmas so he already stands pride of place in my living room.
