I have purchased Split AC last year (Around MAY OR JUNE 2025) and booked AC service request 2-3 times but no one visit from the center and after few days, received call from this number +91 98148 23189 that we will do the service in next season (Before 1 year completion) and I booked service now again but no visit yet and still waiting for service person and again getting call from this number +91 98148 23189 and saying send Bill and even I submitted Bill again and still never received any person yet for AC service. I am very disappointed with my Whirlpool AC and the service experience. I purchased this AC less than a year ago, and it is still under warranty. When I requested a wet service, the service center told me that wet service is only available as a paid service. Why? Where is this mentioned in the warranty terms? It was never clearly informed at the time of purchase. I want to ask Whirlpool and the service center – are customers supposed to guess these hidden conditions? I bought this product trusting the brand, but this experience is extremely frustrating.

This has been one of the worst service experiences of my life.
My Whirlpool washing machine has been non-functional for more than a week. Despite raising repeated complaints, there has been zero accountability and zero ownership from both Croma and Whirlpool Service (Sanand).
We were in an emergency situation and had to travel, yet no one cared to provide support. Owning a premium appliance becomes meaningless when the company abandons customers at critical times.
The most disappointing part is the unprofessional and careless attitude of Mr. Jaideep from Croma. Instead of helping, he showed complete indifference, no follow-up, no empathy, and no solution. This kind of behavior damages the brand’s credibility badly.
Whirlpool’s service team is equally irresponsible:
No proper technician visit
No clear diagnosis
No timeline
No communication
No resolution
This is not just poor service — this is negligence.
