Only part of order delivered but all but all monies for order taken and unable to make contact by telephone or email
Only part of order delivered but all monies paid taken. Made 4 telephone calls and left messages all afternoon but all staff said to be busy with other customers queries. Also sent email requesting when remainder of order would be sent but no reply yet.
