So cute , always get my prescription right

I had a bad experience with WhereLight and I had almost written them off when a lovely girl in customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue. Not only did she make up for the bad interaction but she then went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the end result. I went from disappointment to ecstatic getting a brand new pair of glasses that was better than I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend their glasses as well as their customer service support.

I love my glasses

This is my second time ordering from here and each time I've ordered it haven't had any issues. My friends have started to order from here because they loved my glasses so much and the fact that they were prescription bifocals and you couldn't tell. And I will be ordering more really soon.

Horrible prescription glasses! Made my vision worse! Meaning I couldn’t see out of my glasses! I am extremely disappointed and I don’t think I’m even going to get my money back! The English on their website for refunds is completely incorrect. I wish I never even used this website. My faith in getting good glasses from them is never. I want a FULL refund! This is a total scam! Rip off! Give me my money back and stop making prescription glasses!!!

My experience is excellent. I wasn't feeling my pair of glasses I ordered a couple weeks ago, plus they gave me a headache for some reason, so Wherelight accommodated me and now these new glasses are literally so perfect.

I’ve purchased several pairs of glasses from where light all the prescriptions have been accurate. The website is easy to use all my frames have fit like expected. The last pair I ordered I entered the prescription wrong and received an email. The problem was corrected. I will never order glasses anywhere else.

Glasses are perfect every time

I just received my order that consist of two pair of beautiful glasses. I love color so I ordered both pair with shiny gems. The prescription is perfect the glass is crystal clear. I'll definitely order again!

I ordered approximately 6 pairs of glasses, three regular and three sunglasses. I am very pleased with my selections. The prescription is right on point I was a little concerned since I have to wear progressive lenses. Not to mention, these glasses look great on me. I have been telling people about this site. I highly recommend Wherelight. I’ve been a loyal customer for about five years now.
