I like the fact that I can bid on items at a reasonable price. I dislike the fact that my first purchase the items were defected; the bottom of my boots came off and another pair was dirty with stains.

Those sellers that don’t continuously tell the chat that we are robbing them are the sellers I prefer. All do it, just some worse than others. Tip: stop telling your customers they are robbing you then continue to sell items for the next 8 hours. 🤦🏻

Love this site, can get lots of bargains

As a relatively new streamer I have enjoyed the platform. My wife and I wanted to give this a try and honestly I did not think we would last this long and have 5k followers. Your platform has allowed us to grow and expand what we are doing. My suggestions come to you as a business owner understanding how much it takes on the back end to make things run correctly. I see the work you are doing to reduce the fees and promote sellers. Is there anyway to help out the little guy? Examples, If you consistently stream 3 days a week for a month .25% off commissions. If you maintain <24 hour shipping for one month .25% off, 6 months .50%. Maintaining 3 of whatnots goals for 3 months gets you 1% off and higher allocation in our algorithm. Not only does this entice the smaller seller to be more active but also will help them grow or fail out. Lastly, PLEASE make review visible. It is hard enough responding to weekly emails about USPS and why their shipment is delayed and or never arrived. I am asking to reveal these ghost reviews so we can help our buyers. My goal in my company is to resolve every issue that comes our way and ensure the customer is happy. When we get ghost 1* reviews we cant do anything about the situation. I have been in customer service for over a decade. There will always be 10% of people that want to complain or will leave you a bad review no matter what. We want to take care of the other 90%. Thank you for hearing me out and the continued changes you are making!

Overall GREAT!

I initially used whatnot to expand my card collection. I then decided to start selling on the platform. They refused to give me a refund when I was sent an incorrect purchase and proceeded to close my seller account down as a result. Absolute scumbags.

There are so many different auctions sites on what not. Mostly good quality items. I've bought loads of things. I have my favourite sellers and have had some excellent deals definitely value for money. Delivery is quick too.
