Great website and service.
An easy to use website made ordering straightforward and the standard delivery was very quick.
The only issue I have is that DPD are apparently instructed not to deliver to parcel boxes and the item must be delivered into the customers or a neighbours hand. For me this is a big inconvenience as I want my parcels to go in the parcel box when I'm at work and not taken away to be delivered the following day...please allow parcel box deliveries for items below £1,000.

I have both bought and sold secondhand equipment with Wex and always find that prices offered are fair (buying and selling) and the equipment purchased matches or more often exceeds expectation.

Long term customer .
I have been a long term customer with Wex and trust them in any dealings, whether this is trading in my old gear for new gear or simply purchasing from them direct. They are reliable and know what they are doing regarding photo and video equipement. Their trade in website is the clearest to use and I find their valuations to be fair and reliable. The staff are very nice and always answer queries quickly. I have given them a 4 star rather than a 5 star due to my frustrations over delivery time. I live on the Island of Lewis and the courier they use can hold a package for up to a week once it gets to the Inverness depot where The Royal Mail can get a package from leaving the supplier to me in 3 days, including glass bottles.
