Ordered a used Canon RF-S 55 x 210 lens. Imagine my surprise after giving the lens more than just a cursory look when fitting to my camera, I discovered the lens sent was actually an RF 24 x 106 lens. Luckily I have a use for this lens, so will keep it, and reorder the original lens elsewhere. I don’t think I will be ordering used equipment from Wex Photo again, as their quality control systems seem to be almost non-existent.

Easy process to arrange the trade-in and purchase. Only hiccup was the failure of any QR code or shipping labels to arrive despite the assistance of customer service. Obviously a problem somewhere as this is the second occasion that it has happened. The emails failed to appear on my PC or any Apple device. Happy to use again.

A very easy process to purchase an excellent bit of kit. Ordered straight from WEX internet site. Very simple process and secures your stock. Plenty of payment options from card to interest free credit and it is all secure payment methods.

Once you decide on your kit, and how your going to pay for it; your next option is to decide how your going to receive it. Pick up from local store or free delivery straight to the front door.

I decided to collect from the Glasgow store, 10 minutes from my business. Picking up was a doddle and with excellent staff to help at the counter it was a simple process. Plus visiting the store let me have a shuffle around the vast range of photographic goods held in stock.

I’ve dealt with several photography outlets all good, but Wex has become my preferred retailer.
I traded in an 18mm lens for a 23 and got more than the quote, so they are honest and pay the seller what the item is worth.
