I rang about 7.30pm to say that I was unable to close my garage door. The receptionist explained she was the only one there at that time as the engineers had finished for the day. However, she said she would try to contact someone to advise of my difficulties. Within 5 minutes I got a call from an engineer who clearly explained what I needed to do to be able to resolve the problem.

Both the lady on reception & the engineer were lovely, very helpful and patient.
Excellent service, particularly at that time of night.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Very efficient,on time no mess ,very satisfied

Took a long time from paying initial deposit for the door to be then fitted.Door looks nice , just incredibly dissapointed in how my garage had been left. The fitters had to move things around my garage for access , but then left my garage in a tip when they left, work bench strewn all over the floor , ladders not put back ,and unfortunately i cant reach to put them back so still where they left them .This untidiness had made me question the quality of their work.

Excellent service to look at garage repair and temporarily safeguard the garage. Not really any discussion on replacement door and it isn’t as tall as our other one but works well.

I needed an urgent repair to my garage door after I accidentally damaged it and it couldn't be closed.
Holly who answered when I called was very helpful and knew straightaway from what I described what was needed to repair it. She gave me a quotation for the repair and arranged an appopintment for Corey to call to carry out the repair
Corey arrived at the agreed time and was able to repair the door and also serviced the door by relubricating all of the working parts and rollers making closing the door much easier and quieter after he had finished. This was all done at the quoted price which I was very pleased with given the extra work he had done.
I can certainly recommend using this company if you are in need of urgent help

Fab from start to finish. After a less than good experience with a now defunct door supplier I was wary but had no need to be. From the first visit to inspect my old knackered door and quotation, right through fitting was a seamless smooth and efficient service. Continuity too as the lovely chap that initially quoted was also the one to come and fit it. And it’s amazing. Looks good. Fit and finish FAR superior to my old one and actually wide enough to get my car through! Very much reinforces the theory of you get what you pay for! Many thanks
