Had an issue with the door motor, ended up saying it’s to do with another company not them, after several weeks of them not contacting me back I had to get an external company out to sort out a fault with it, after confronting them regarding this and saying I had to pay then they said they can’t do nothing I should of contacted them, even tho I sent them proof of trying to contact them for 2+ weeks, as I was waiting for this my customer was getting frustrated as they had a door that didn’t function due to a fault, they are quick to sell you the product and good at delivery however after sales is shocking they just give you other mum fees to call

Recently purchased a new door, good quality product, well presented. Sales team especially Carrol, made the purchase easy, and kept me updated with the orders progress. Delivery was smooth and within the given slot. Driver was both pleasant and helpful. Really easy to fit and looks great.

Good communication (took 8 weeks as it's custom-made), matched description, high quality, garage door was accurate to measurements (which the customer needs to get right - measure a few times to make sure, ideally with a laser measure!)

Helpful staff when ordering. Door arrived in Alderney with no damage (always a bonus!) The door is exactly as advertised. Transformed the look of the front of our house. Very happy with our purchase. Not sure why but it has us living in France - we are close but living in Alderney.

The company were especially helpful because the door we originally ordered could not be sourced within a reasonable time frame and their Carrol Franklin managed to find us a similar door at a lot better price, which was really appreciated. Well done, and thanks very much!

From my first telephone conversation with Laura (Rowney) where I was given honest and knowledgeable advice, right through to the door being delivered, the service was excellent and it's obvious the whole team are equally efficient as each other....sadly, quite hard to find these days!!

The whole order was delivered exactly on the day and time promised with great communication and detail throughout the post ordering process. I must admit to being a little nervous initially about fitting it myself but as long as you follow the very comprehensive fitting instructions (there's also plenty of very good video's on youtube that were really helpful) it's pretty straightforward for any competent DIY'er. The whole kit is extremely well made and a pleasure to fit....and all at a very very competitive price !

I bought a Carteck sectional garage door to install myself. I called Garage Doors Online a couple of times for advice on measuring up before I took the plunge and ordered. Whenever I called, everyone was friendly and helpful, advising from their experience.
On the appointed delivery day, the door didn't arrive. I called and spoke to Keeley Warren, who quickly contacted Teckentrup and found out what had happened, and sorted it without issue. I had cause to contact Keeley several times, every time she was quick to reply and very helpful and reassuring.
I have no hesitation in recommending GD online. Plenty of companies will sell you a door, but they have looked after me with after sale service that is rare to find these days. Thank you Keeley.
