Westcoast have recently dealt with both the sale and purchase of our properties. Through no fault of Westcoast, ours has not been the easiest process, but from beginning to end Westcoast have been great to work with; answering all our queries promptly, keeping us in the loop throughout the process and maintaining calm through the stressful moments. Every phone call was greeted by a cheery and welcoming team member.
Westcoast acted with integrity throughout, and I would highly recommend them.

I was a tenant for over 5 years with Westcoast, and the Property Management Team (as well as the landlord) were the best I ever experienced. Always answered the phone and were available; very friendly and had a great rapport; work smartly and diligently to resolve issues (even over weekends); and never left me wanting. Great experience and I will miss them all.

I am really happy with the service Westcoast has provided for us. A great shoutout to Emma Gunter who gave us a great tour at the house, a very clear honest communication. Before this property, I viewed many houses with other agencies, Emma has built a strong trust between buyers and agencies. Supper great! Another great shout out to Bethany Nash, after offer being accepted, she’s is the one handling the post sale process. During this stressful period before completion, she showed excellent communication skills, always keep all stakeholders updated with the latest information, a great facilitator among all solicitors and vendors. I had a bit of stressful situation closer to the dates she really helped us to make sure we all hit the date to complete. Big thank you!!

Abysmal and pointless company, they ignore emails and get paid to do nothing. Please do not use them for renting your property out.

I have used Westcoast to deal with my rental properties for over 10 years. After many years of excellent service I have been seriously dismayed by their constant failings over the past 3 years. It is clear their current Director has let the standards slip significantly.

The final straw has come as my Rental Apartment has now been empty for 5 months with 3 potential tenants falling through. Although this could be a coincidence, their past performance clearly indicates a process failing.

Working overseas, I have always put my trust in Westcoast. Over the past 5 months I have had to constantly chase for updates and wait endlessly for a response. They have taken holding deposits from prospective tenants which ceases further marketing. Those tenants have then fallen through or let other properties on Westcoast books but no offer of recompense has been given. Ultimately their screening of tenants has some serious holes in the process.

The final prospective tenant had poor credit history and I was warned that they would fail referencing. Westcoast did advise that the tenant had a Guarantor and I reluctantly agreed to proceed, misled in the understanding that tenants were in short supply. When Westcoast offered Rent Guarantee insurance I decided to opt in given the increased risk. Subsequently the tenant fell through, a blessing in disguise as the Director informed me I should never have been offered rent guarantee insurance as it cannot be sold if the tenant fails referencing.

All in all a very unpleasant and expensive experience. Landlords should think twice about signing up with Westcoast.

Heart felt thanks for all the professional support and helpful advice provided in selling our property. In particular Dan and Linda have been outstanding, keeping us updated regularly and taking a really proactive approach. The team were always happy to help and responded quickly, we would have no hesitation in recommending Westcoast.

We are very pleased with the experience we had with everyone at westcoast. They found us such fantastic buyers and everyone was so helpful and efficient in answering any queries we had.
All in all we are pleased that we sold through westcoast.

Hi, I wanted to highly recommend West coast Properties in Portishead. You can be sure that you will work with an excellent team. Me and my wife as a first time buyer had a very stressful time during this process, but the West Coast team was as friendly and helpful as always. lawyer advice and keeping the communication very strong, at the same time, the feedback is very good. A real estate agent I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Westcoast properties for their efficient and friendly service. Especially Clare who was very supportive in securing a property for my 19 year old son who was moving into the area 170 miles from home. A description of what was required for my son was given to Westcoast and Clare managed to secure the perfect property. She is a good agent and ensures that she communicates with everything she says she'll do. She is friendly and overall extremely knowledgeable. Westcoast have proved to be very professional to both their landlords and tenants. They respond and resolve queries promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hi, Just wanted to highly recommend Nick at West coast Properties in Portishead. From the minute we walked into the fab property he showed us, to the day of exchange he has been very helpful, going the extra mile liaising between us, our solicitor and the vendor to get all the information we all needed, even visiting the vendor to take pictures and collect information our solicitor was waiting for. It was a tricky and stressful processes but Nick and his team helped us get there in the end, we're looking forward to moving in next Friday.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We were recommended by a friend to use Westcoast Properties and we certainly made the right choice compared to other local agents we had to value our property.
From the moment Gavin stepped thro our door we felt at ease with him and trusted his expert advice. Gavin made us feel very important, he is the nicest estate agent we have ever dealt with. Honest, caring, nothing was too much trouble and made sure we were helped thro the selling process with ease.
We had dealings with Megan at the beginning and she is the most kind caring person with excellent customer service skills. She is definitely an asset to the company. As the sale progressed with dealt with Sue. She was always polite and friendly and once again nothing was too much trouble. She helped us greatly thro the process and also gave us her expert opinion . Sue must be very dedicated to her job as we received a phone call from her on a Friday evening at 6.40pm well after the offices closing time. Sue chased things constantly on our sale to ensure it all went thro by the date needed by our buyers. We used the recommended solicitors thro Westcoast and definitely made the right choice as the rapport between the two companies worked in our favour. It was all a bit rushed at the end exchanging contracts on the Monday and completing on Thursday the same week. This would not have run so smoothly without Sue's hard work and enthusiasm to ensure it did.
When you go into the office you are made to feel very welcome by all the staff .
We would like to thank Gavin and his team for making our sale go so smoothly and in the timescale needed.

Incredible experience selling our home through Westcoast Weston-super-Mare! They created incredible sales materials, gave expert viewings, and sold our property in less than a week with multiple offers above asking price. Abi and Mollie were fantastic through the whole experience.

I’m not usually one for writing reviews however; Daniel of West Coast Properties, (Patchway, Bristol) has been nothing but helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble. I received a phone call from him last week informing me that several items of post had been received for my attention to my old address.
Daniel very kindly dropped the items off to me at home. It’s the little touches like this that make a huge difference.

Having brought a house from West Coast before when Alex was in situ we had no reason to expect anything less than a great service this time around. However, calls go unanswered, we are constantly chasing for an update report, and there is no follow-through. If you want a seamless experience I would avoid these estate agents.
