Complete failure to undertake the work claiming that access was as problem when basic research from your pervious installation should have indicated that this is a narrow road . Made worse by the failure of your operative to explain tha his vechicle was too big to negotiate the narrow road and promise to complete the work today. Why did you not send a smaller lorry?. Your claim to be interested in customer service is a facility. Our neighbours, inconvenienced by the road closure think the problem relates to worjk on our property when it is entirely due to the incompetence of the Environment Agency and the water connection to their hut.

There was a blocked drain effecting my property. I rang Wessex Water and they had a drainage engineer on site within two and a half hours. David Mitchell was polite efficient. He cleared the blockage and did a CCTV inspection of the drains. Before leaving he gave me a clear summary of the work he had done. A very responsive company. Thank you.
