I was scammed by an individual who said I was getting a personal loan. However, things needed to be done via Western Union, etc. Unfortunately, I am now out a considerable amount of money from fake deposits they so-called used to verify my account. Taking this to another level!

Completely incompetent.
Lost docs in junk mail / did not open relevant emails.
Had to send materials several times and do their job by calling insurance co. to get info
Did not have materials in order to close on time - asking for stuff on day of and after.

Joseph, and others we worked with were very helpful and considerate. They assisted with all of our many questions!

This is our first refi experience with WesLend Financial, and we are pleased with all aspects. We obtained the interest rate initially discussed, and had a choice of conventional and VA loans. Michael and Van provided constant updates and were both informative and pleasant. I'm no expert on the loan industry, but did a basic level of research beforehand.

Van Ngyuen and Kiley Shank are two of the nicest most efficient and honest people I’ve ever dealt with. They know their jobs inside and out and are quick to answer any concerns that I may have had. And even though my loan has closed they still take the time to help me with any questions I may have. They don’t forget their customers!

Initial conversation was 2.1% and when it was nearing the finish line it was now 3.125%... My net worth over a million, virtually no debt and pulling over $200k yearly. They stated my debt to earnings were too low... but with a higher interest rate I was fine. truly laughable. Don't deal with these people. Find someone in your community that you can look in the eyes and have a fair/honest transaction. Randy in Texas

Was quoted today by loan officer 3.125% rate with zero closing costs after lender credits. I sent in all my paperwork as requested and then when I got the Truth in Lending statement there was $1650 in fees after credits. I confronted my loan officer regarding what he had quoted me in comparison to his disclosure and he danced around the answer then tried to blame it on a mid day price increase. I told him I called BS on that. As a prior 25 year veteran from the mortgage industry, I know how to read loan disclosures and could tell a bait and switch when i see one. I ultimately told him to cancel my application as I no longer trusted him with my refi.

Our experience with Lenox/WesLend was a positive one. Both Kiley Shank and Van Nguyen were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. It was also a pretty quick turn around which we appreciated.

This was my first time refinancing my mortgage and Joseph Medina and Van Nguyen with Weslend Financial were extremely helpful, very professional and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with their knowledge and services, they answered my emails right away or they called me to make sure that I received the information requested. The whole process took about 41/2 weeks from start to finish! I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to refinance their mortgage!

I've worked with a number of lenders over the past 4 years and WesLend was by far and away the best. Very thorough process, helped us correct a few mistakes other lenders missed or more likely overlooked and ignored. Van Nguyen and Kiley Shank were excellent to work with. Explained the entire process in terms we could understand. They were also very patient, understanding and great communicators. We hit a few bumps in the road but they stuck by me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the level of service, very refreshing experience.

Overall, everything went well and in a timely manner. There was good communication with the loan officer.
The only area where I thought could have been a little different is the interest rate. I thought the rate could have been lower without having to buy it down.

Brad was great at keeping the process simple and fast. Much appreciated.

Joseph Medina was excellent in getting our mortgage refinanced.There are a lot of companies out there.I would highly recommend Lenox financial.Joseph was always available to answer any questions we had.The entire process was very smooth and easy due to his superior customer service.He was even able to save us money at the very end of the process.

I have refinanced many times. This refinance had more paperwork (60+pages) than I have ever had on a previous refinance. There were numerous times back and forth with paperwork, extending the time to complete the process

I wanted to cancel the refinance many times, fortunately Brad kept me calm and I got thru the process.

Jozynne Marbas was our personal mortgage advisor, she did an excellent job keeping us informed of the entire process. The text message notification system worked well for me and I was reminded of the deadlines and which forms needed to be signed. She is a great communicator. She explained complex matters in easy to understand details. Thank you for all your hard work.
