I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with this company warrants clear and direct documentation.

From the outset, the organization demonstrated a troubling lack of professionalism and ethical standards. Communication was inconsistent, commitments were not honored, and expectations that were clearly established upfront were repeatedly disregarded. What should have been a straightforward business interaction instead became a pattern of misrepresentation, delay, and disregard for basic accountability.

More concerning than the operational shortcomings is the apparent willingness to take advantage of clients. Decisions and actions consistently favored the company at the expense of fairness, transparency, and integrity. This is not simply a matter of poor service—it reflects a deeper issue in how the business chooses to operate.

In any professional environment, trust is the foundation of long-term relationships. Unfortunately, this company undermines that trust at nearly every stage. The experience left me with the clear impression that client interests are secondary to short-term gain, regardless of the consequences.

I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. There are many reputable companies that operate with honesty and professionalism—this is not one of them.

These guys came recommended, I was in a position where I needed some money to keep me going so I was looking for a place that would get me a loan against the ERC. These people told them they could do that no problem. Several times we communicated, and I had to sign, before signing I would go over my intensions of needing the loan. I was continuously asking about the loan and told me they would get that going right after the filing. When it came down to it, they told me my return was too low for a loan. I could have gone elsewhere for the return. With no money, I had to close.

I would give 0 stars if I could. complete fraudsters. do u want a tax preparer that screws up its own and its employees returns? then I highly recommend. otherwise move to someone who know what they doin

Brian Spiegel was a great person to work with, he is very knowledgeable about what was required to complete ERC application, his responses were always very timely and Brian was always on top of this project. Brian went beyond his duties and kept encouraging our team to continue working towards the goal of completing the ERC application.

Stentam reached out to me to file ERC for 6 quarters. I told them I already filed for 4; they asked could they file for the remaining 2. I told them yes and then worked with a rep to get paperwork in and filed. Since this has happened she has gone. I received an invoice signifying that they had indeed filed for 6 quarters and not the 2 we worked on and they invoiced me for 20% of that total. I have tried to contact them about this error and NO ONE has emailed, called me back or responded to my emails or concerns. This invoice is still pending and I plan on calling the IRS bc I do not want to owe them any money.

I received an UNSOLICITED text that indicated I had called them, which I had not. Purely phishing. Please stop this.

Had a cold call claiming my company qualifies for ERC due to Limited Commerce. I played along and said well my revenue actually increased - not a problem, well I probably incurred $10k in costs - not a problem, we can get you qualified for around $250k, well 4 CPAs have already told me I don't qualify - not a problem, they are all not smart enough to read the Limited Commerce half of the act. I finally said "so basically if the government is giving money away, I must as well take it" to which the person responded, "yes, absolutely". Many businesses were dramatically harmed during COVID - mine fortunately was not one of them. The IRS needs to look into all these folks.

My process of applying for ERTC was easy and they were very professional with all steps in the process. They provided updates and kept in touch during the process. Highly recommend.

I reached out to our contact person to get an update, and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. 3 months later, I still haven't had any response, and the email addresses I have for all of my contacts no longer work.

So far we have nothing but less than $3000 in our bank account as we have been given the run around and are being forced to provide documents that were never requested prior and would not have been an issue however, this process took so long that now they are required and we no longer have access to them. The answer was we cannot help you and cannot refund you. We were also told to ask the IRS - however, our CPA informed me that the IRS only holds those records for 3 years and it's been 4. This process has been NOTHING short of frustrating and disasterous.

Very good at explaining the process at the beginning.
Very efficient at processing and filing the amended returns.
Very prompt at responding to questions regarding the status.
Overall everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others..

I have been receiving so many emails for various agencies re: ERTC and just seemed too scammy and spammy, so I ignored them all.
