RUBBISH QUALITY PRODUCTS

I am writing to show you the condition of the jeans I purchased in June, which deteriorated after only 3 months, and to request a refund. First of all, the jeans I purchased are too big for me, meaning they don't fit tightly as they are a loose-fit model. As you can see in the photos, the left front pocket tore when I only had my phone in the pocket, which I didn't think much of at the time. Then, a week later, the right back pocket tore at the stitching, almost like a worn-out fabric, and this left me in a very difficult situation outdoors. Additionally, the left back pocket has started to tear slowly at the same stitching. I request that you cover the damages and refund my money. My order number is 4234732, and the product in question is "SPACE RELAXED STRAIGHT LEG JEANS, swatch-Blue, Steel Blue - Medium Blue.

Rubbish company

Bought 2 items on Black Friday 25% and new customer discount 10% off so 35% in total. Had to return both as one didn’t suit me and another item I needed a size smaller. I return it and asked them if I could exchange it or if they could give me another discount code same amount so I wouldn’t loose the offer I had and they’re answer was no. Being an online clothing brand should give people the option to exchange or at least give me the same discount on a new order, buying clothes online not everything is going to fit you. Rubbish company and customer service

Faulty coat, disappointing customer service

I bought Kia oversized coat and after few months of wearing it, the fabric started rippling in one side and spread to other parts of the coat. I was unsure of how to fix it, and contacted customer service about it.
They acknowledged the coat is defective but won’t offer any options, as the timeframe for returns/exchanges has lapsed.
It’s incredibly disappointing to pay £130 for a coat that doesn’t even last few months. And how customer service is handling such a concerning lack of quality and durability of their products.

Wrong sizing

I bought a pair of jeans which was waist 34 and length 32. 34 in american sizes which would be quite big, somewhere around an XL. I received a size extra small, while in the size guide it showed that 34 was supposed to be about 94cm in waist, but the pair i received? Had 70cm. Same exact thing happened to my boyfriend.

I’ve had a look at the reviews below and I can see people are calling this company a scam due to packages not being delivered.

My package of around £150 has not been delivered and I’ve filed a police report for stolen goods. Weekday are however using an automated robotic service rather than an actual person to apologise.

I’ve done my part as a customer to pay the monies to receive this product but a failure to deliver from Weekday’s side!

Absolutely unacceptable

wrong pants no refund

I ordered some pants and got the wrong ones which they offered a 50% refund on if i wanted to keep it which i did. The said that it would take 14 days at max and it has now been 1 month and still no refund. I emailed them and they responded with a automated response. So disappointed.

Dont buy from here it’s a scam

Dont buy from here it’s a scam. I had a home delivery order, arriving in a two day window. They never showed and then I got mail saying that it’s being sent back to warehouse. Costumer service was a joke, finally I got an answer: which was just we’re so sorry, well give you your money back, but I’m like but can’t I get my stuff instead, no, apparently not. And I didn’t even get full refund. This is a joke

Absolute ridiculous delivery times…

Absolute ridiculous delivery times ..still don’t have my order 3 weeks later !
I’m fully expecting them to say my items have been “lost”
I love weekday clothes but they are not worth the hassle so won’t be purchasing from them again which is a shame as I’m a very regular customer . Sort it out weekday , you should be doing better 😡

DO NOT USE. Weekday is a SCAM!
I recently bought £150 of clothing. The package never arrived, I messaged support and they said it got damaged in transit so had to be returned and I will be refunded.
They only refunded me the discounts, which amount to £15. I then had to call support who were useless. They said you have been refunded and there's nothing more they will do. If you are unhappy dispute with your bank. So now I have to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.
Terrible company please do not buy anything from Weekday

Worst Customer service , inconsistent delivery

Have recently ordered their scuba hoodie on the 3rd and it has been 6 days and i still dont have a tracking number and when i call them they have the same boring excuse about their delays and just provide you false hope instead of doing something about it , i was better of buying it in store but i live an hour away from the store yet the delivery takes way longer , in terms if convince this is the worst shop ever !!!! bad customer service with just the same robots on the phone calls . its a shame because they have quality products yet they have some of the worst service and customer service this just shows that customer service can make a good business great. if you do buy only buy from the store .

Contrary to previous reviews

Contrary to previous reviews, I too paid £5.90 for delivery, but a week later the tracking stated that the courier had yet to receive the item. I contacted Customer Services, and Athea got back to me within 24 hours. Apparently the courier had not picked up the item (no fault of Weekday). I was refunded for the delivery cost immediately, and Athea even offered to source the items instore for me should I wish to collect. I accepted this offer, only to find out the next day that my package is out for delivery. I think Athea went above and beyond to help. I cannot comment on the rest of the customer service team, but my experience of this hiccough was great.

I haven't even received my order yet and the experience has been poor. Definitely a drop ship brand, everything is shipped from China per order. Would definitely not recommend this brand. Unable to comment on quality, but I assume it's generic considering its drop ship.

Lying about delivery

The dates they write for their delivery is definitely a lie. They told me it will be in my house in 3 days, which was perfect since it was a gift, but when I tracked my package 4 days after, it hasnt even left their warehouse. So annoying. And when I contact them they tell me they are very busy. If they are this busy on a non-discount time in August, they should definitely change their delivery times. A lot of lies.

I had an absolutely terrible experience…

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Weekday. I requested a refund, but never received it. To make matters worse, my second order arrived in the wrong size. The customer service is awful; they offer no helpful responses and leave you to deal with the issues on your own. Even though the products are of good quality, the sizes listed on the site are completely inaccurate. They claim to issue refunds but never follow through. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Avoid this store at all costs.

Shop in person, not online. Shipping is a nightmare.

First the good things.. they have gorgeous clothes, i really do like their clothes and so far they seem good quality. Shopping in store was super easy… butttt:

The bad things. Shipping takes forever. For a company that is under such a big brand as the H&M group, you’d assume they’d have average shipping speeds, but no. They do tell you it will take 5-7 days, which on its own felt a bit ridiculous, yet it didn’t even arrive in this timeframe. It took an entire week for it to even be prepared at the weekday location, let alone arrive at my house.

I contacted them after a week without movement. The email I received was timely, however i’m sure it was written by an AI bot. My needs were met, but there’s something frustrating about receiving an email like this. Just something to be aware of.

I would recommend, simply for the gorgeous clothes, and the nice variety of items (for example, swimming shorts, which i struggled to find in other places). However, be aware that shipping is a nightmare, and if you can shop in person do that.

Payment accepted, goods never sent.

Took my money and haven't sent goods. Checked tracking to see the package hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Been in contact every week and told to 'wait for investigation'. It's been a month past estimated delivery date with no updates. Will be opening an investigation with my bank to get a refund as they're refusing to cancel my order.

Do NOT order to a pick-up point. Blatant thievery, not something I've experienced from this shop before. Especially strange since it's under the H&M umbrella
