Guy turned up at 12 oclock at night...I missed him, so I opened up the door expecting my 18 cans of fosters....but nothing there anywhere.
So he has obviously took it.
And left me £39 out of pocket.
Complained and they said they would look into it...they havnt.
Worst bunch of cowboys ever.
I wont use them again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered and they took the money then cancelled the order but failed to let me know! No email no notification nothing! They confirmed delivery driver then said it was a mistake when I questioned it! Missed my mums birthday!

Placed an order for my central London hospitalised brother at 1300 hrs on a Saturday . After being prompted to increase my tip, job was taken with estimated delivery 1400 / 1425. This timespan was continually extended. Numerous e mails were exchanged, finally at 0300 hrs on the Sunday, I was told driver had a problem and job cancelled. What really annoys me is that they had plenty of opportunities to sort things, by reallocating the job, but chose not to. TOTALLY USELESS OPERATION. AVOID

Absolutely pointless operating after a certain time when they haven't got the drivers available. Have you waiting for an hour to tell you your order is cancelled as they cannot allocate a driver then get the option to give the driver a tip. Don't waste people's time. If you cannot deliver a service after a certain time that's fine ! Had happend countless times . Just make it clear to customers that they are unable to deliver after a certain time

thats mad the driver has to pay for the items out their own pocket!? so what happens if the customer isnt happy with their order does the driver still get reimbursed? sounds dodgy

Awful customer service - would not let me cancel the order unless I was still charged the full amount + £3 extra.

When 90% of reviews are bad usually means avoid , prices are extortionate including all the added fees , same as all delivery companies, rake in the money and don't pay a proper wage , I'm too annoyed to continue

Id give this company less than 1 star if possible. Delivery driver arrived. No pin number given. He then drove off with items, input the pin number and claimed my paid goods. Now the company are refusing to give a refund over £50. Even sent video evidence. These need to be taken to trading standards. Absolute scam of a company!!! Bastards

Advertises alcohol delivery all night. Most things not available til 6am.found few things to order.sat around like mug because no drivers!!!!!NOT FIT TO ADVERTISE WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO COS JUST LIES

Avoid if you can!!! They changed me £8.5 for a product that cost less than £2

Had a couple of deliveries from them in office hours. Over priced by way too much. Don’t give refunds when driver has clearly tried to rip you off. Avoid

They do not care whether you can get out or not.

They only care about taking your money.

Guy delivered it too the wrong address and gaslighted me into saying it was my fault and i got in touch with the company and they told me they would give me a 10 pound voucher ''it was 40 quid worth of shopping''

Still not resolved don't waste your time.

Took my £65 never paid me back for my order now taking them to court be WARNED SCAMMER COMPANY

at a time when the country is in a cost of living crisis along come these clown and charge you three times as much for your groceries there is profit and there just ripping people of £22 for a box of ten Carlsberg Asda under £10 i thought snappy was bad but this takes the whole cake

They take your order say will take 60.75 minutes, after 2 hours got email saying no drivers would do this job, checked reviews almost all said something. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO KEEP ADVERTISING.

Minus a million that's treats drivers awful by gaslighted them. Pay is well below minimum and they have half a million sitting in the bank.

Advertised delivery time when placing the order is a complete farce. Waited 20min before then trying to cancel before they had even found a driver yet except their supposed "24/7" customer service took 30min to reply, by this point a driver had been allocated and they claimed I would still be charged 100% despite cancelling the order. I tried to explain I had sent the cancellation request before this but they wouldn't listen. Delivery arrived an hour and a half after the original order, when it was stated it would be 15min delivery and driver would not leave my front porch until I was coerced into accepting.
Would never order from this crooked company, false advertising times and customer service is appalling.

Worst company ever rip off .. I advise everyone report company trades and standards as it’s a bad company with bad intentions and will take your money and not return they do the same to drivers , 2 drivers my area Been ripped off by them ..

Disgraceful cheats. Grossly overpriced goods. Do not get what you ordered.
Told can only get driver if paid tip as incentive. Their advert is totally misleading and they should be shut down.
