I liked the choice offered to prospective donors, the quality of the goods and the process was simple and easy to follow. Hopefully couples will receive objects that they like and not be burdened with a collection of unwanted toast racks and waste paper baskets!

Would highly recommend - a great experience from start to finish. Having someone assigned to you from the initial f2f appointment and then throughout was excellent (Clemmie was highly attentive and professional). Visiting the showroom was a lovely experience and we loved the UI and features of the website. We did use all our 10 custom items as we wanted some items outside of what they could source - just have a look in advance to ensure this works for you

Super easy to purchase the present, but, I find it ridiculous you charge £5 extra to wrap an item, and £4 to deliver to the happy couple .... given you are presumably already doing a bulk delivery of presents to the same address from the other guests. I would have rather spent that extra £9 on the couple themselves.
Out of interest, and after I made my purchase from the wedding list on the Wedding Present Company website, I then looked and found the same item online, 20% cheaper, and with free delivery.

Drove me mad as it just wouldn’t accept my address on any occasion without a lot of deletions and adjustments. Has anyone else had the same experience?!

The tone of your literature I find…
The tone of your literature I find dissatisfying and at times annoying. It’s not particularly well written and a purchaser is put under some pressure to pay for extras like fancy wrapping paper. At a time when we are looking at every way to look after the environment this does not appeal.

Our aim is always to provide a positive experience for both our couples and their guests. We find that most couples prefer to receive multiple deliveries, and by applying a small delivery fee to gifts under £75, we’re able to keep the service complimentary for our couples.
