Good Performance, Fast Service, Customer oriented
fast service. Good problem solving Team. Customer oriented. After a switch of the host system absolute perfect performance. The switch was initiated by the customer service without a problem.
I mostly had contact and help from Maximilian Paulußen after 2 / 3 Mails he understood my problem an tried a lot of changes to solve it. Finally all problems were solved and the VPS is working well. At this time the VPS is working above the written specifications.
Many Thanks to Mr. Paulußen for his work.

Awful company and support, don't waste your time and money with them
Tried to buy a VPS from them, they asked for proof of ID. Fine, showed them my passport.
Then they asked for proof of residence in UK, fine. I showed them my national insurance letter + 2 bills received in the last 6 months on my address. Also paid with UK card in my name which is impossible to get without being a resident.
They kept asking for residence card so I showed them UK gov website where it says you don't need one if you're from the EU.
They told me they can just cancel it if I don't provide them with residence card.
I told them to cancel at that point and to eat s**t but that was redundant as they were already doing that.
Don't recommend.

Support is great, there are sometimes issues but they are resolved quickly and fast. Server quality is great. The price-quality ratio is excellent, you pay for what you get.

Very friendly support and sales .
I have been using MyLoc Brands for last 4years and been a loyal client.
They reply ticket within 24hours (normally with in hour, during their official hours).
Recently I had hardware issue with a server , they replace the part less then a hour.

Quality hosting service at affordable rates
The servers at WebTropia are really good. They are fast and well maintained. The support team was always ready to reply and solve any issues. Pricing is also very good. Do take into consideration that some of the servers use consumer processors such as i7. Although people expect Xeons, our i7 server has been working great so far. No service is perfect, but transparency and good pricing packages is what defines the guys at WebTropia.
