I cannot recommend this provider and would advise others to be cautious
I already cancelled my contract with 1blu AG in May 2025 (i.e. about a year ago) via the customer portal and confirmed the cancellation through the required link within the deadline. Despite this, I am still receiving invoices to this day.
Multiple attempts to contact them by email have gone unanswered. During a phone call, my issue was not resolved - instead, the call was simply terminated unilaterally.
This is not a professional or reliable way to handle customers or contract cancellations. I cannot recommend this provider and would advise others to be cautious.
