Seit 2011 bin ich nun schon Kunde bei Webtropia und ich muss sagen, dass alles soweit wirklich sehr gut abgelaufen ist. Wenn es ein Problem gab, fand sich oft sehr schnell eine Lösung.
Selbst bei einem Problem mit meiner Festplatte wurde direkt darauf reagiert, obwohl nicht die unmittelbare Notwendigkeit dazu bestand. Am Sonntag Abend um 10 Uhr wurde sie direkt verbaut.
Im gleichen Zug entstandene Folgeprobleme durch ein Update wurden sehr rasch bearbeitet.
Alles tiptop. Haltet die gute Arbeit so am Laufen.

Since 2011 I am client of Webtropia and I have to say that mostly everything went very good. When there is a problem, we find a solution very fast.
I had the problem with my harddrive, and it was not necessary to change it immediately (running RAID 1). But Webtropia offered to change it instantly, even in Sunday at 10 pm.

One of the best customer service out there. I created a ticket about a question I had for my server and they replied to me in 5 mins.

Also, their root servers are the best value for money vpn server. Really fast, and reliable.

since July 2014 I have been a big fan of yours until I wanted to format my server this week, I saw something that I did not like in the overview: because I use too much data you have the connection from 1000mbit to 300mbit without my knowledge dorp down and now I suddenly have to pay if I want a higher connection with more data usage. To be honest, I think this is not very customer-friendly an email with a warning would be appreciated and that's why I decided to stop with you

Server has been down 5 days. No resolution. Cancelling service. Trying to get me for an additional month despite breaching SLA. Now they're trying to force me to install MS Windows compliance software despite paying them 20 a month for Windows and despite the fact that the contract has been cancelled due to breach of services as well as the machine has been inaccessible for 5 days topped off with incredibly rude customer service that has ignored me for days.. Avoid this host if you're smart.

I got two of the VPS with the dedicated hard disk. The hard disk has only 202 GB instead of 240 GB. I cannot make use of it, because it is not enough for my purpose. Furthermore my purpose was to order one of the server. I have not seen the option to select or delete multiple items. It seems hard to get back a part of the money.

They are the Company with the best services that I know!

Honestly, when I was recommended to webtropia I thought to myself that it looked to good to be true. But I decided that with the deal they had at the time on their Ryzen 1700x processor servers that I'd give them a shot.

2 months down the line and I'm signed into a 24 month contract with them expiring in May 2021. Their servers perform exceptionally well and are very fairly priced. I use my server for hosting multiplayer game servers as well as using it to store personal projects related to my University studies and it's absolutely amazing for that.

The support team are great as well, if you message them within their usual business hours then they get back to you within a couple hours maximum usually and if you message them when they're out the office, they get back to you as soon as possible.

One point I'd like to say is there reinstallation of OS systems seems to be flawless as well, the only thing I'd say is do it when they're open for business. Otherwise you will be waiting a little while but honestly, overall great value for money and would recommend anyone needing a dedicated machine in the EU to go with them!

Got this company as a referral from a friend of mine since I was searching for a reliable and cheap (who knew this goes together) server hosting company. Where I live are the prices fairly high.

I have been with Webtropia for 3 months and never had any problems with the server (vServer Linux XL 6.0). The time it took to order a server, validate my identity and setup was less than 24h.

I recommend Webtropia.

I've been a webtropia customer for years and never had a reason to complain. Prices are very fair and the technical support has been excellent so far. I had to contact them for only a handful of problems, and everything was fixed or solved witin a few hours, no matter if during day or night. I really did not expect that level of support for those prices. Overall a great experience, where you feel taken seriously, even as a small private customer. Way too rare in that line of business. At least in Germany.

Using webtropia servers from more than 2 years, totally satisfied with every aspect of services (Uptime, Network, Quality, Stability) as well as customer support.
i remember once am getting problems to activating 2 ip's on single server and team helps me with in 24 hours.

I paid my vps some years, last mont they deleted all my data 15 days before expiration day. Very bad experience.

We have used their servers in 2017 but from 2016 we are using their sister company servdiscount.
I can admit the service quality is really great. Specially their server uptime and prices..

But unfortunately their support is not that good.
We have to wait for hours to get any reply..

Even sometime we get 1 reply after many hours which is said the ticket forwarded to the appropriate department so we have to wait more..:P

The support will worst if you need them on Saturdays and Sundays.

Some time we think multiple times before placing a order on Saturdays and Sunday..
It will be a nightmare if you need a server or you need technical suppot urgently on these days..

Great dedicated servers, i'm ausing a i7-7700k server for Garry's Mod, and those servers are totally powerful the servers are running very smooth. Also if you have any questions for the customer support, they are very helpful and they awnser your ticket very fast. Totally 5 star rating, i would totally recommend this host.
