Absolute Rogue Traders

Absolute Rogue Traders! Avoid at all costs!

A money-grabbing company who provide absolutely no service as a managing agent.

No answers to phone calls.
Almost no reply to emails; their response time is in weeks and months, not hours and days.

To add insult to injury, we had a leak which caused various problems, including damp in the walls, a big hole in the ceiling from the bathroom to the landing below and a warping of the front door; leaving all 4 tenants with a flat which was neither secure or safe to live in for over a week.

They aren't members of either PRS or OMBUDSMAN and officially they dissolved as a company in 2020, so they are very much breaking the law IN SO MANY WAYS.
