This is a fake website they are promoting items that cost way more than their price and they will screw you. People stop falling for their ads for items that you very well know cannot be possibly that low. These websites always start popping up halfway through till Christmas.> BEWARE they are going to rip you off. They ship nothing.

After receiving my product, I found it was damaged during transit. Upon contacting Alexnld they were prompt in re sending me a new part.
Great service, a large variety of items, all at a reasonable price. I've had nothing but pleasure using Alexnld and will continue to buy from them.

I Ordered a Zello Network handheld Radio from them. They told me that they shipped it out but they never did plus I got a Fake Usps tracking number claiming too make it look like they shipped the package. But everytime when I click on the tracking number it says cannot temporarily be Track what Does this mean and they gave me some fake scam tracking website. I also asked 2 or 3 times for a Refund and they told me we cannot give you a refund because it's already been shipped out What a Scam Don't Buy from this fake website.

I tried to Purchase a car part i choosed fastest mail. They sent me an email thats not an option and if i want to cancel. I replied yes please cancel and refund me . This was 1 week ago no reply nothing I have to wait and my bank will refund me as i paid with credit cad DONT BUY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!

I purchased a screen for my Samsung phone. The product was good, showed up in good condition, with all necessary parts. I tested it as per their recommendations and found it to be working well. I installed it and it worked fine for almost 6 months. After which a few pixels died and a large line showed up on the display. I contacted customer support and they told me the installation was incorrect. This is obviously not possible since it worked fine and only became defective over time. Since then they have ignored all my emails and no longer reply to me.
Their website clearly states 1 year warranty. They are not honoring this.
Don't expect any support from them and if the product breaks, you're out of money.

I ordered a pair of Socofy Bhohemian boots and a pair of the same in a shoe. All together, I am out over 390.00. I've sent them over 23 emails asking for a refund as they finally got back to me to tell me they were out of stock not getting anymore. I verified w/ my bank the funds were taken out by 'Alexnld.com' which I've explained to them and they replied 'We don't take money out of anyones bank. When asked to explain why the funds given to 'Alexnld.com' came out of my account, they stopped answering me. I don't know what to do...

SCAM. Don't buy anything fron AlexNLD.

I ordered $90 worth of plastic boxes from AlexNLD in December 2022. Order WC-6749762. I received an e-mail that the order "has been shipped by airmail" on 7 January 2023. It even provided a USPS tracking number indicating that a tracking label has been printed. BUT THE ORDER NEVER ENTER THE USPS SYSTEM. AlexNDL tried to make the purchase look legitimate, but it is really a big scam.

If I could, I would give AlexNDL a negative rating. Don't buy anything fron AlexNLD. It is a big scam.

As many have stated, this is a scam website. Of course their prices are great- which is why so many people take the risk. I ordered an item, have the confirmation, waited 3 months before reaching out and they claim there never was a purchase made, despite having sent them the screen shot of the confirmation.

Even the 5 star ratings are clearly from bots.

Don't waste your money, which is what will happen if you buy from them.

My cellphone wallet with 1/2 zip for coin and 2 cards only, not seen here yet, arrived within 12 days... I'm pleased. Exactly what I wanted.

The package came on time. But I had to declare it before I received it. Then the letter carrier brought it to the mailbox. So now I have a beautiful wallet case. That's better than the old one . I recharge it without removing the case. THANK YOU.

cannot deliver on purchase---took a month to tell me my order was cancelled----word to the wise, keep away

These people are crooks. I was informed by my local USPS office that they are using fraud to reuse the mailing/tracking barcode over and over again. They do not respond to customer service complaints and evidently they are getting away with it. On top of that, the stuff they sell is junk. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a cellphone part in early May, a month later they reply that the part is not in stock and is expected in June and ask if I'm willing to wait. This alone is cause for concern as it was listed as available when I ordered it. I say fine, I can wait. Another month passes by and I hear nothing. I contact them and ask what's going on with my order as it's been 2 months which is unacceptable since they've failed to deliver on the updated delivery date. No tracking numbers, nothing. Almost a week later I receive an email telling me that the person in question is going to ask their colleague. Another week passes and I hear nothing. I've now filed a dispute with my credit card company for fraud.

Ordered a part for a drone which was advertised to be readily available but after a week of being "in process" was still not shipped. After I queried AlexNLD I was informed days later that it was shipped. Tracking was useless. Many days later without notice tracking said order was cancelled. AlexNLD said it was a logistics problem I suspect part did not exist. Refund requested and made.

The pants arrived as described and good quality. The price was great.
