I have not had any problems that I know of. Webroot has served me well so far.

Would like to get a payment record 30 days before payment is paid

1. I frequently get emails stating that my Webroot subscription is about to expire when it's not, or is a subscription that I don't even have.
2. Finding a phone number for face-to-face customer support is impossible to find.
3. Website is exceptionally hard to navigate and understand the terminology used.
4. After dealing with all that, I must also say that I do feel well protected by Webroot, so I stick with them.

I have had Web Root for a few years. My frustration is COMMUNICATING WITH ANYONE. I simply need to speak with a HUMAN. On our log ins you should have your other products you offer. This is beyond frustrating. I inquired on VPN from last year and NEVER received an answer. No return calls nothing. I get a contact person to call for when I am ready. I called and that person transferred me to someone else who was not there.... I am beyond frustrated with Webroot.

I feel very secure with Webroot. Keep up with the good work.

Webroot is hassle free and reliable. I signed up for 3-year computer protection and then forgot about it. They keep me informed about changes, etc., via email. Very good protection.

Up to now I didn't had any problems with malware!

I just renewed. Shortly thereafter, an online technician went into my computer and made sure Webroot was meshing properly with my operating system, that my drivers were up to date, and that overall operations were running smoothly. Since he was very patient and thourough, explaining what he was seeing and doing as he went along, I ended up knowing my machine better and more confident in it.

I am retired, on Soc Sec only, and 81. I am very grateful for my session with Michael.

I have webroot for some time now i think 5 or 6 years and i have no problems !!!!! great job

I have been a user for a number of years now. There have been no issues updating the software and scanning my computer. When to scan is configurable which is nice since my scans take about 12 minutes or more.

I have mistakenly signed up for two accounts with Webroot, one through Geek Squad and one direct from Webroot. I called and was advised how to take care of this. Just wish it was easier to confirm WHERE my subscription was, maybe put something in the dashboard on the computer?

all i know is that as long as i have been using webroot, i have not had a single incident. thats why i stay with them!

I have used Webroot in the past and never had any problems. My credit card was hacked within the last and I don't know how this happened. I can only trust
that it was not through my computer. Who knows?

I like Webroot very much. The scans are done quickly and thoroughly. The utilities are useful to keep my computer working properly.

I have used Webroot for very many years and love their products. They are easy to use and the US based customer support is the absolute best there is. You cannot go wrong when choosing Webroot.

I really like Webroot, it automatically does scans in the background and doesn't use up a lot of resources to do it. It also automatically updates in the background and you don't even notice it. I like that I don't have to remember to do scans and I don't get notices every time it needs to update.

Good product, works great

I have used Webroot on my PC and laptop since you started your company. I have never had a problem or complaint in all these years and wouldn't think of using any other service. Great job Webroot.
