I am trying to change my email address and am using the email you just sent this to and I never get a response and I cannot get anyone to help me with this. I have sent various email and no response. I should not be this hard to change an email address.

I have used webroot for a number of years on my computer and 6 others of family members which I maintain. I have been able to remove ransomware on two occasions using Webroot and Malwarebytes in concert.
Webroot has been reliable and effective.

I am very pleased with Webroot, they do a good job.

I was having an issue, logging on and extending to another laptop, would send me a link to change my password, then stated it didn't recognize my username. Thank goodness I had saved my original receipt from purchasing 3 pk. and forwarded to sales. I did not think I would get assistance as fast as I did (this day and time) Webroot proved me wrong!! Thank you for the fast assistance!

You took money you were not authorized too.
I never received an invoice, you just charged my cc. So how does one get a refund ?

I have Webroot since I bought my all-in-one computer. So far, I am very satisfied with the protection. I have one question, but I have yet to get an answer for it. When my computer is scanned, there is always a statement about some files that are supposedly in my computer, and I do not know how to get to them even with the link you provide. I also have purchased the VPN and hope that I am protected.

I have trusted webroot for years, it is by far the very best protection anyone can purchase.

Excellent Program! Does not slow your computer even when it's doing a full scan.

Always scanning current data as the computer is in use. I have not had any virus problems since my first subscription began. I use it with confidence on all my devices.

Satisfied with pc protection but not satisfied when necessary to contact customer service. Very time consuming and frustrating.

In response to your comments about availability, I was attempting to contact your staff during regular business hours.

I like webroot but I subscribed and I keep getting emails that say will be canceling soon.

I'm very happy with Webroot. I wish my Last Pass manager worked better on my phone with apps and pages, it doesn't always come up when using apps. Then I have to get in to it, to search for the password and enter it manually causing a lot of extra steps making it pretty inconvenient.

So far this seems to be working well. My only complaint is that we are supposed to be able to include more devices for the stated price, but when I try to add them there is a charge.

each time I power up I get the request for email & password but when I enter them
it always comes back 'incorrect' no matter how many times I change the password
I've been using webroot for a long time, but it seems that thee more features it has the less helpful it is to me
