Bad delivery

When the order explicitly states that the four packages should be placed *next to* the patio door, it is frankly unintelligent of the delivery person to leave them *in front of* the door, so that it cannot open. After all, one might want to open the door to bring the packages inside. So, please try reading what we write to you and just give a little thought to the meaning...

We’re really sorry that your packages were left in front of the patio door, even though you had clearly asked for them to be placed next to it. We completely understand your frustration. Of course, you need to be able to open the door and bring the packages inside.

The driver should have paid more attention to your instructions and used better judgement when placing the packages. We’ll follow up on this internally, as this is not how your delivery should have been handled.

Delivery instructions not followed

Once again the packages was placed right outside our frontdoor, which opens outwards, so when we open the door the packages are swept down the stairs.
The instruction said, place the packages in the outhouse. You have succeeded doing this at the last deliveries. Have you changed the delivery man?

I’m very happy with my experience.😊
The delivery took a little longer than expected, but I was informed about the delay and kept updated by email throughout the entire process, which made me feel confident and reassured.

The BARF food arrived safely packaged, still perfectly frozen, and was delivered right to my door. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish ❤️

Great communication. I would definitely order from them again!

Btw, my two Big dogs love the food too! 🐶❤️
