Delivery instructions not followed

Nice to be able to follow progress, but instructions were that packages should be delivered at basement entrance, however they were left at front door in full view to people passing by.

Poor quality

Message was: You can leave it at the front door. You just left the package with wint at the entrance, where a lot of people goes by... All other companies understand the difference between going to the door or leave the package at the road.....
