Dont be mislead by their 5 star reviews. whenever you chat to support they actively close off a chat with a review request, sometimes several times a day if you chat to them ongoing. when they actually have an issue like a server going down which has decimated our business ov seevral sites. no incoem. all google feeds down. likelt £30-50,000 loss in the next 3-5 days. they make fake excuses and lie abotu time frames. its been down sicne 1am. i reported at 7.30m, yet still at 12noon they make false claism of 'only 2 hours downtime'. then they open you a supoort ticket uner LOW prioirty. the cheek. im activley filing a 7 day letter before court action today.

My issue was a simple one, about a wordpress website I have just signed up for with WebhostingUK. A page would'nt accept content and publish, a low ticket was sent asking for help and within a few hours a response was given that all should be well now, please try again and yes everything works perfectly well, thanks 'Ben C'. Even as a new customer I can see the amount of difference in my wordpress hosting because they've got their collation database setup right, unlike another company I've just moved from.

My only complaint is that using a shared server is not fast enough and moving to a VPS is too expensive. I'll probably be moving to a new web hosting company (with faster shared servers) soon, which is a shame as I have been with WebhostingUK for many years.
