Sunday night support
Sunday evening, 8.45pm. I'd tried to change the PHP version in my cPanel hosting and caused my site to go down
Fired up live chat - Kian K answered almost immediately and within a few minutes he'd fixed my issue and got the site back online. Additionally he seamed to go the extra mile and worked for a while to make sure it didn't happen again so I could switch versions without causing a problem going forward.
Great service even 'out of hours'. Fully recommend

18 Years and Still the Best in the Business
Having recently undertaken a full server migration from a legacy CentOS 7 server to a new AlmaLinux 9.7 environment, I wanted to take the time to leave a review for the team at WebhostingUK.
I have been a customer both professionally and personally since 2008, and that alone says everything about the quality of the team and service over there. I would not host anywhere else.
The migration involved a number of moving parts including cPanel account transfers, DNS zone management, nameserver glue record updates, IMAP mail sync and post-migration hardening, and the team handled each stage professionally and with good technical knowledge throughout.
In particular, Ujwal, Ross, Simon, Steve, Philip, Kaushal, Stew, Nathan, Gemma and Kemp all provided clear communication and practical assistance at various points in the process. The ticket was handled promptly and the team were responsive even when issues arose at awkward hours, which made a real difference during the cutover window.
For a business like ours where the server underpins DNS, mail routing and a hybrid Microsoft 365 setup, reliability and support quality matter enormously. WebhostingUK delivered on both counts and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a managed hosting provider with a capable and genuinely approachable support team.

I overloaded the system by sending too many emails in a block and that created a fault, so that emails could not be sent. Ujwal Pande dealt with my call and was extremely helpful, also willing to seek help. It took some time to resolve the issues, but it was done and I was helped with great kindness and consideration
