If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Pact customer service team are amazing. They listened and came up with ways to resolve my inquiries and concerns. I called more than once & I have communicated via email. Every time I reach out, Pact Customer Service quickly responds. I am grateful for companies like Pact who care about the fabrics we put on our bodies and the well being of the employees who work in their production facilities. I am letting everyone know about Pact to the best of my abilities. THANK YOU 😊

In an age where so many online companies cut and run if there is a problem with an order, Pact holds themselves to a high level of customer service. Kristen was prompt in her responses, gracious in her efforts to represent Pact well and resolve the issue without hesitation.

I ordered 3 items and when they shipped two were out of stock. I was so bummed as I wouldn't have paid the shipping for just one item. I immediately emailed customer support and Vera helped me right away and got the issue resolved. Best customer service I've had in a very long time.

I ordered a handbag and it showed delivered. I checked my mail and nothing there. Called the post office they shared that the pkg was not delivered to my address in my city. The pkg had the wrong address. Pacgift will not send me a copy of the shipping label to confirm address it was sent to so I can go back to post office. They no longer respond to my attempts to fix this matter and I am out of money because of it. Someone has the pleasure of a new handbag on me. I will never shop Pactgift site again.

I carefully chose the size but the dress that I would have loved is too small. Discovered it was a
"no exchange/no refund" item. Really???? I'm very upset at the waste of money and lack of customer help.
How exactly can you be expected to order online and hit a perfect fit?

I just started purchasing from Pact and have great customer experience interactions so far. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Love that the clothing is all organic!

Had a very friendly, helpful exchange with customer service when I sent them pictures of clothing that frayed only weeks after purchasing them. I received a refund easily after sending the pictures and explaining the situation.

I was blown away with the customer service when my husband wasn’t happy with his new items. They resolved my issue quickly and exceeded my expectations. I’ll be a Pact customer for life.

I have several items from Pact as of this summer. Recently we ordered some undershirts for my husband and he LOVES them, so I order 2 more bundles. After placing my order, I saw that the leggings I loved were on sale, and reached out to see if they could be added. Vera helped me remedy the situation and was so quick to take care of it! We are big fans at this point, and look forward to ordering more in the future.

The delivery service left my package outside and it got stolen. I messaged Pact and they were extremely prompt/helpful in sending a replacement. Appreciate the good service.

The customer service agents were very supportive and understanding. They were patient and helpful. I love this brand and support their mission and they really walk the walk.

I've spent hundreds of dollars at Pact over the past month (and much more over the past year) and was previously a fan of the brand. However, this last experience completely changed my opinion.

I added extra items to my cart (socks/underwear I didn’t even need) just to reach the $210 free shipping minimum. I brought my total to $220. But after placing the order, I was automatically given a random $11 discount (I guess Pact rewards from my previous order that I obviously wouldn't have used) that wasn't shown until after checkout, dropping my total just below the threshold. As a result, I was charged $26 for shipping. So I basically paid $209 and got hit with shipping fee, which is EXACTLY what I was trying to avoid.

I contacted customer service immediately, assuming this was a simple oversight they could fix. But they refused to help as it was "too late" even though I noticed the issue right after purchasing.

This kind of pricing trickery and rigid customer service feels deceptive and leaves a really bad taste. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this, I won’t be shopping at Pact again.

I reached out to Pact regarding my points. I received a very quick reply that was so very gracious. Victor went above and beyond to not only help me, but to reinstate my lost points. Wow!!!! I am so impressed with this company...from quality to customer service, top notch!

Great products, great customer support!

I've been waiting for my package for over a month, and customer service has been spotty about replying to my emails. Still not sure where the package is or whether they'll issue a refund.

I loved my first order of two dresses from Pact so much that I made a second order. The package with both dresses was damaged in transit with USPS, which repackaged one dress and sent a note about the damage - the second dress was missing. Pact didn't need to, but they sent me a replacement any way, even though it wasn't their fault. I love, love, love these dresses and am so grateful I have four of them to wear!

Kristen did a fabulous job assisting me over the phone! Her excellent customer service is much appreciated. :)

I have been buying PACT clothing for a couple of years and I really like the quality and the feel of them, particularly the dresses. They have some really cute prints, and the fits are comfortable and flattering.

Recently I placed an order and got delivered a skirt that was the wrong colour (blue instead of black). Once I flagged the issue, PACT customer support got back in touch promptly, apologising for the mistake and refunding me the cost of the skirt, which I got to keep. Shoutout to Vera, who couldn’t have been nicer. A very positive experience.
