I would advise anyone in the UK to NOT purchase from this brand. It costs $20 to return anything plus taxes. Quality is super poor sadly. I just got the airplane leggings and they look baggy and tired after just one wear! Looks great but I would sadly avoid. Try and find a UK brand so you get proper customer service! ⬇️

Only shipped half the items that I paid for and never returned my emails asking for refund of the items they didn’t send

What I liked: Women's Black Pure Velour Zip Hoodie and Pant set. The velour was very nice an soft on the skin.

What I didn't like: Women's On the Go-To Pocket Legging - cotton material was very rough, felt almost scratchy on the skin. This got returned.

Return procedure for me was seamless, saw the return on my credit-card a few days later.

I purchased 8 things off their website. Silly me bought a second time off their site before my first items had arrived.

So disappointed I ended up returning 6 of the items and kept the other 2 out of guilt. They charge a $50 return fee disguised as return shipping. I put the 2 orders in the same shipping bag to be returned.

They did not refund the second shipping items that were returned. Once I questioned them they said they said you can only return 1 order per bag. After more emails they did refund me on the second order but charged me an additional $50 restocking fee on the second order.

The items were super thin nearly transparent cotton. The stitching and pattern of the pockets were atrocious. I tried everywhere on their website to write a review but I couldn't. Interesting.... Makes me wonder were the reviews came from if genuine customers can't leave genuine reviews.

Ordered a clothing set, and then they didn't have part of it. So I asked them to cancel the order (since I wanted both, not just one) and they refused. They then sent me half the order, which I never received. I've asked them to refund which they won't. I ended up having to put in a dispute with my credit card and I'm still waiting for this to be refunded and resolved.

One of the best customer service interactions I’ve had. Their replies were prompt and helpful resulting in a solution to my initial question in less than 2 days! Furthermore, I appreciate their care for the environment which is evident from their manufacturing process through their recommended disposal/recycle for damaged material. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the leggings I got ripped on the 2nd wear but again Pact offered me a choice of replacement or refund with additional store credit. Would buy again for specifically lounge clothing.

Their stuff does not last. I bought stuff from them about a year ago and the products are already ripping. Buy from somewhere else if you want long lasting stuff. I like the organic cotton material, just doesn't last long.

I placed an order on 11/28, their site indicated that I’d receive it within a few days, it is now 12/26 and there is still no information as to when I can expect to receive the clothes. Their customer service offered generic apologies for my feelings, but did not help in the least. I am so glad that they understand my disappointment though.

Will not allow me to cancel the order - even though I have emailed minutes after having placed it.

Just an AI bot response apologising that they 'can't do anything to help me'.

I am in the UK so will not be able to return this item without high postage costs.

Bad business practice for sure, I will not be using these guys again regardless of product quality.

pact shirts are now coated with chemicals. if you are sensitive- beware for purchasing!

The fabric is lovely but there sizing is wildly off. I bought 2 sets of size small and the trouser length on one is 26 inch vs 31 inch on the other. Obviously the one is significantly too long. A return is £16 which is extortionate and they don’t do exchanges so you have to pay for re-delivery too which doesn’t seem very reasonable when their product sizing is so variable.

I ordered from pack about 3 weeks ago. Very comfortable and love the organic cotton. However for the price I paid my leggings are already coming apart at the seam so I am not happy about that again because you are paying a decent price for it.

I placed an order for travel clothes with a promised delivery date. It is now 4 days past said delivery date and I have yet to receive any shipping updates. I have e-mailed them multiple times and only received A.I. or automated responses.

The main issue is that I purchased clothes prior to a trip. I will now be traveling having not received my order. The useless automated response is refusing to cancel and refund or reroute my shipment to my residence. If the order arrives late, there is no one to receive not return it for a refund, so I am scr*wed either way.

This is highly unprofessional and unethica.

Return process was horrible. I am in NZ and to return 2 pieces it is costing me 70$. The only shipping return they will provide requires, I drive 2 hours to drop the package at a dhl sits. When I ask for an alternative no response. Returning overpriced sweatpants that are of meh quality.

The underpants ripped after a few washes. very poorly made. i contacted pact and was ignored.

I ordered 4 weeks ago and parcel tracking says my order is still being processed. No communication from them even though I have raised two tickets with customer service.
Not happy!

They lost my package TWICE

I ordered some cotton underwear for my husband, and the first package was totally lost. So they re-sent another one, and that one ALSO got lost. I never received my package, and when they refunded me, they still made me pay for shipping. It was a total nightmare of going back and forth with them and their shitty third-party carrier (Veho or something random, very very shitty service).

Their customer service was poor, and I know they don't deliver the packages themselves, but they could have been a lot more helpful. I can't believe they use such a terrible delivery service and then still charge me for shipping (for a package I never got).

I will not be buying form them ever again .

Terrible experirnce. Items were too big. When I tried to return I never got an order number or shipping confirmation which they require to begin a return. They make you communicate via email but they don't answer you back. I finally found a phone number to call. The customer service representative was so rude, put out and snarky. She just kept referring me to the website for my return and would not just offer me a link or return label. Will not buy from them. Plus my cotton bra felt mostly polyerster.
