I've been buying Mounjaro from this pharmacy for half a year at this point. A very reliable service. Quick approvals yet solid support. Unlike numan.com they have transparent pricing and I generally got my medication in 2-5 days.

Very poor customer service. Really disappointed

It’s really disappointing that my pen seems to have stuck and I cannot use the last dose! I’ve messaged Michelle and sent photos as well as tried the troubleshooting options but to no avail. After about 20 emails and a missed dose, I’m advised to contact the manufacturer next week. My contract is with your company and it’s for you to correct.
As the product has failed it’s for you to rectify.

As part of our due diligence process, we are required to involve the manufacturer, Eli Lilly, to investigate any issues with their pens. This is to ensure a thorough assessment is carried out, as most reported issues are due to user error rather than a fault with the pen itself.

While we don’t manufacture the pens, we take responsibility for dispensing them and supporting our patients through such situations.

We’re closely monitoring this investigation and will be in touch with the outcome. Eli Lilly will provide a detailed closure letter explaining what went wrong, and we will do everything we can to assist you further if needed.

Sent drugs not needed

For the second time I have been sent drugs I did not order as I have more than enough of them

Whatever system you referred to in your reply I know nothing of. However as a person on a repeat prescription using your order system I try to order only what I need on the repeat as I’m done case I gave more than the months supply for a particular item. I repeat again I’ve not requested a particular item on two occasions and sent that to the GP to sanction. Are you saying the GP add the items I’ve not requested. I’d check your system before accusing others of ignorance

Thank you for sharing your feedback. To clarify, Phlo dispenses medications based on prescriptions provided by your GP. In this instance, your order was processed after we received confirmation from yourself as you do not use our auto-order functionality.

If there are items you no longer need, we recommend contacting your GP to request they be removed from your repeat prescription list.

as usual

as usual, as always, when i was in my former temporary address and now at the address i am at living now in hopefully always home; your Phlo work and efforts were very good, and i really appreciate this, though, some problems emerged, i am on universal credit and less able to get back in the workplace; and i got free prescriptions and i asked for free deliver 2- 4 days, yet, the prescription came sooner in time, and no note that delivery is complete on email app using Phlo portal - and charging me for second delivery using fast-track ydg i had never asked for this, so - so protect my nhs login which i hope i have, unable to use new mobile phone at this time for mobile with another number not working, i hope to go into my Phlo account using my older account with you, and being free of what some old stuff i want to be able to go to nhs login yet unable to get new code which is on old mobile, such a nuisance, not your fautl and otherwise you have been very good
