I purchased my Monjaro from them last…

I purchased my Monjaro from them last month, and they recommended starting with a dosage of 2.5, followed by an increase to 5 after four weeks. However, when I escalated to the higher dose after four weeks, I experienced severe side effects that kept me from leaving the house for four days. I reached out to them for assistance, and they provided some guidance on managing the side effects, but so far, it hasn't been effective for me. When I expressed my concerns about not feeling confident in taking the higher dose and requested to remain on the lower dose, they informed me that I would need to make another purchase and dispose of the current pen. This would mean an additional cost of £300.

Against the Phlo - useless!

My wife and I have been using Phlo for over a year and they have been excellent. However the past couple of prescriptions have been missing items without any explanation. We tried to ring them, write to them and online chat but they all failed. I reckon that they have either taken on too much business or they are about to go broke - or both! I would steer well clear until they sort themselves out. You can check what's going on by simply ringing their telephone line - it just cuts out!

Initially good, and then started to remove features for no reason - suddenly it was harder to change addresses for each delivery, and then the final nail in the coffin was that they were removing repeat prescription capabilities from the app, and making it only possible on their website? Silly and potentially self-destructive decision from Phlo. Have moved to Boots now which is much more flexible

Faulty pen

I’m writing to raise a complaint about the pen I received. It was supposed to contain 4 doses, but I only got 3 and was unable to get the final dose out of it.
This is not my first time using this product, so I am familiar with how it works and confident that it was not user error. Despite this, when I contacted the provider, I was repeatedly told that the pen contains 4 doses, without any real investigation or support offered.
I’m disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. I would appreciate this being properly looked into and a resolution provided, whether that’s a replacement or refund.

When you contacted us, our team reviewed the photo you provided, which indicated that all doses had been dispensed from the pen. We appreciate that this didn’t match your experience, and we took the time to explain how the pen functions and what to expect after each dose.

Given your concerns, we also offered a goodwill solution and attempted to contact you directly to discuss this further, but haven’t yet been able to reach you.

If you remain concerned about a potential fault, we would recommend contacting the manufacturer, Novo Nordisk, who can arrange for the pen to be assessed.

Keep away from buying from these…

Keep away from buying from these people. I bought two months of Wegovy. I've only used two weeks of the jab and found out about the possibility of going blind with the side effects of (NAION). After phoning them to change onto Manjaro they refused to give me any refund towards it. I won't be spending £110 per week shopping at Morrisons anymore. They clearly think more about money than customers.

Disappointingly slow dispatch and review

Disappointingly slow dispatch through Morrisons clinic. When you transfer from one provider to another, you want things to be done quickly. Ordered Monday, still no delivery Thursday. All other MJ providers I've used have been much quicker than this. Honestly, wouldn't use again and would avoid.

Fantastic service!

I'm extremely impressed with Phlo and how efficient their online pharmacy team are! I decided to change providers due to inefficiency/delays/poor customer service and it was the absolute best thing I've done! Unprofessional and trash

They made me jump through hoops for nothing. I got my medical notes, sent every document, followed every instruction, and I still wasn’t approved—even though I clearly met the requirements. The reason? “Other.” I honestly don’t know who runs this company, but the level of incompetence is unbelievable.

And how does a whole organisation only have ONE shared mailbox for both pharmacy and admin staff? You reply to them and some random person emails back saying they “don’t know what this is about.” How about you actually read the email? Or, even better, create separate mailboxes like any functional business. The whole thing is a joke.

In this case, our team followed the correct process for investigating a potentially faulty medication pen which must be handled by the manufacturer to ensure patient safety. This investigation process follows Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) guidelines to ensure it is fit for purpose. Whilst we don’t manufacture the pen, we take responsibility for dispensing and supporting our patients through such situations.

As soon as you raised the issue, we provided the information to liaise with the manufacturer who will contact you to arrange collection of the pen to conduct the investigation and provide an outcome. We have offered a goodwill discount while the investigation is underway.

We understand your frustration and are sorry that our policy didn’t meet your expectations on this occasion.

We do value the time you spent with Morrisons Clinic and your previous positive experiences, and we wish you all the best as you continue your weight loss journey.

Used phlo for 6 months on mounjaro even…

Used phlo for 6 months on mounjaro even though they are one of the most expensive providers I had committed and needed to faff around to change supplier so I stuck with them on average 50 pounds more expensive then most then Eli Lilly raised their prices massively and mounjaro was even less affordable especially with Phil's price hike on top when the price rise took effect I was on 12.5 mounjaro phlo only let me change to 1 ml wegovy which is far too low I protested and was told that's all they would give needless to say wegovy at1 ml is totally ineffective and I have regained weight and hunger , I queried thus with other pharmacists and they all agreed phlo were giving me too low a dose I should have been on 1.7 or 2 ml ,wegovy , their customer service is non caring and just give blunt advice and are unhelpful to the extent I would advise others not to use phlo , you will pay more and get underdosed

Having to start from scratch when changing to Wegovy

Morrisons Clinic Phlo automatically tried to put me on the 0.25mg starting dose for Wegovy after 3 pens in with Mounjaro and making a steady progress next pen at 7.5mg. When I queried why I was starting again from the beginning after swapping (I can't afford Mounjaro and was advised a swap would be a favourable alternative) I was told that you cannot compare like for like between the two drugs and that computer said 0.25g only (yes the assessment was instant so AI definitely in play at this stage). I asked whether it was fair on customers to "go backwards" with their weight loss journey but the customer service agent was adamant that there was no further dose offering beyond 0.25mg even though I had experienced no side effects on the higher doses with Mounjaro. I even noted in the Morrisons correspondence that with 0.25mg Wegovy existing patients looking to swap "may experience less appetite supression initially". This suggests to me that I'd be wasting the cost of a month of injections by starting all over again from stage one so I've cancelled my account and moved to a rival supermarket chain to continue with Wegovy. This new supplier (as with all the others I investigated for swapping to Wegovy) have put me on a higher starting dose (0.5mg) so I don't lose momentum and money continuing where I left off with Mounjaro. I strongly recommend patients look to alternative suppliers when switching to Wegovy as there are charts out there that show suggested correlation between certain dose level stages between the two drugs suggesting, after initial assessment, that you don't always have to start from the beginning as suggested by Morrisons Clinic Phlo

This is the 2nd time my delivery has…

This is the 2nd time my delivery has not actually been delivered to my door. It is clear as day where I live, easy to find, all doors are numbered yet they seem to chose a service that is completely irresponsible. They don't leave any cards to say where it has been delivered and accept anybody living anywhere to accept delivery. This is incredibly expensive and now I'm two weeks behind in my dose because they won't give me a new delivery when its not my fault the parcel has been lost or stolen.

Do not use this shoddy service

Do not use this shoddy service!

Nag you and spam your emails telling you to set up a delivery date for prescription but don’t ask if your pre payment certificate (which I don’t ever remember telling them I had) has run out or not.

A few months down the line you’ll receive a letter from the equally broken NHS telling you that you’ve got a penalty notice for not paying, when you were never prompted to pay when the delivery was made.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. To clarify, for NHS prescriptions it is the patient’s responsibility to confirm whether they have a valid exemption in place, and to ensure this information is accurate and up to date at the point of scheduling your delivery.

Pharmacies are not able to update exemption details on behalf of patients once the prescriptions are submitted to the NHSBSA after dispensing.

You may, however, be able to challenge the NHSBSA charge directly and request to pay the original prescription charge instead. We would recommend contacting the NHSBSA to discuss this further.

Nightmare - Just use someone else!

The saga continues. I still do not have my mounjaro after originally ordering it on August 24th. They took my money on August 29th. Despite me eventually being able to change delivery to my local Post office, Royal Mail continued delivering to my house when I was out, as I knew I would be. They now tell me the pen will be fine. According to Google AI Mounjaro pens can ony be used up until their expiry date if they have been stored between 2c and 8c. This outfit now tells me the pen they sent me expires on October 1st. I can't believe it. However good the packaging is, there is no way it will remain between 2c and 8c in the postal system for a week or more. I already have another pen on the go. So even if I get the pen by Saturday, by the time my existing pen expires, the pen they sent probably will expire at least a week earlier than October 1st, so I am not sure I will even get 1 dose out of it,before it expires. All pharmacists I have spoken to say not to use it. The Morrisons clinic website says delivery is 24 hours. It has already been one week, so the contract is broken. However I am getting emails from a lady called Carrieann which completely ignores the fact that UK contract law has been broken. She also tells me I can reschedule the delivery on Royal Mail a second time which you can not. They only allow one change, and I did this and Royal Mail ignored it.  So it is lost in the post. I can make no more changes, so this also breaks the contract. Carrieann knows very well the pen they sent expires on Oct 1st, and she must know the pen can no longer possibly still be between 2c and 8c. So it is impossible that even the Oct 1st expiry date can be relied upon. This is supposed to be a reputable company, but I feel as though I have been had by a cowboy outfit who think they can do what they want. It is the first time in my life where I actually feel like the victim of fraud. It is a sickening feeling. Do not use this lot for Mounjaro, because they deliver when it is convenient for them, and don't care if that doesn't work for you.

Eli Lilly confirms Mounjaro can be stored at room temperature (up to 30°C) for 30 days, so your medication remains safe and effective until 1 October 2025, despite the delivery delays you experienced. Our clinical team have said that the medication is perfectly safe to use until that date.

All our orders are shipped in temperature-controlled validated Woolcool packaging to maintain correct temperature. Delivery issues arose due to unsuccessful delivery attempts to your home address and related circumstances, which fall outside our direct control (eg. out of hours office depot pick up).

That being said, we completely understand the frustration caused by the delivery delays in this instance. As an apology, we’ve already arranged a full refund, which has been processed via your bank. We apologise once again for any inconvenience caused.
