Customers in central London have been cut-off
I've been using Phlo for a year and I was pleased with their service. I've recently been informed that "due to the closure of the Pharmacy site in your area, we will no longer be able to offer our NHS Service to you".
It's extremely disappointing that they cannot service people living in central London but I guess they weren't making a lot of money from my custom, as I don't have a large number of multiple prescriptions a month.

This wasn’t a decision we took lightly, but ultimately, we need to prioritise patient safety first and foremost.
Our main aim is to ensure all affected patients have a smooth transition to an alternative NHS pharmacy provider with no disruption to your medication cycle.

Poor excuse for no longer servicing me
I've been using Phlo since their early days and have always been pleased with the service. However I've recently been advised that "due to the closure of the Pharmacy site in your area, we will no longer be able to offer our NHS Service to you".
I initially received an ambiguously worded email, and wasn't sure if they were stopping all NHS deliveries, or just mine. When I asked for further information, it transpired that it is the latter.
Given I live in central London, this logic seems quite bizarre at best. I therefore have to question if this is actually a case of scrapping services to those patients who are no longer deemed as viable for the company.

Poor comms
Price goes up a lot on weight loss for 2nd month.Was only getting 3 jabs instead of four.Customer service said I must of double dosed on first one.There instructions I followed this happened on both pens.Wont use again only lost 1kg in a month said we’ll done ha.Thats through me cutting out snacks.Now stop emailing and texting me daily go away.s

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regarding our prices for weight loss, we do have an introductory offer for new patients. Subsequent pricing thereafter is available on our website for each of the strengths. We do offer comprehensive information on "troubleshooting" if you experience an issue regarding the administration of your medication. We also caveat that the starter doses are just to get your body used to the medication. Results will differ from patient to patient based on your bodies response and individual health circumstances. If you would like to discuss this more, please get in touch and we would be happy to assist you further.

These are fraudsters. I bought a medicine but never reached me. but they tell me you have to tell the police. There is no guarantee that you will be sure to make sure after the purchase.

Support staff are brilliant.
I signed up for Mounjaro treatment via Morrisons and the Phlo clinic side was great. I was quite anxious about this new experience and the helpline people were fantastic, l got prompt, polite and helpful responses. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Highly recommended, very professional.
Faultless, I have used Phloclinic for all but one of my monthly mounjaro weight loss injections and they have been fantastic. My first order came with a full box of needles, and a full box of alcohol wipes, (the very first company I used sent me 4 alco wipes and 4 needles, no good if you mess up with the first needle like I did!) The order is reviewed and dispatched promptly each time. On one occasion my order delivery was messed up by Royal Mail and left in a sorting office all weekend, upon opening the medication it was no longer cold, I emailed Phlo and their pharmacist rang me back almost immediately to address the situation. I highly recommend both Phloclinic for weight loss medication and Phlodigital for repeat prescriptions, both are excellent.

Fantastic !
Really great company! I ordered Mounjaro and got additionally: a pack of alcohol swabs, a sharps bin, a whole, big pack of pen needles—all great! Even picking it up two days later from the post office, it was still cold with two packs of ice. Plus, the website is so helpful with dietary tips and support. Highly recommended.

The price goes up ALOT from then second injection...
The first month has gone REALLY well for me, however I looked to renew and purchase my second mounjaro injection, to find out that the cheapest option is to buy 2 at a cost of £300 or a single for £159. So it's £30 more per single jab, or £40 per jab in the 'bundle. Cancelled, will not be buying from them again when there are others offering at £125 with no rises, unless you raise the dose.

Mounjaro rip off
What a rip off. I paid £340 for a two-month deal. They took the money and then refused to deliver the product. They took 5 weeks to realise the mistake and so the first month's lower-dose has left my body and I need to restart the treatment again. (As an additional cost to me). I am utterly disgusted at their practice: to take your money then ponder weather or not to deliver it. I am currently taking legal action against them for malpractice. I strongly recommend that you use any other company for Mounjaro.

We can see that our clinical team emailed you with additional information required on 5th December and this meant your order went on hold during this time. Please note that we cannot prescribe any medication unless we have all relevant medical information. We send all on hold patients a series of 4 reminder emails and 3 SMS messages within 7 days to advise you that your order has been put on hold and to get in touch with us ASAP so we can approve and dispatch.
In addition to this, due to the time of year and festive delivery cut-off dates with Royal Mail this meant we were unable to dispatch the medication to you before Christmas. All of our festive operational and cut-off times could be found on our website including information on treatment bundling and last dispatch dates. Our patient care team informed you when you got in contact that the next available dispatch date would be 2nd January as a result.
We apologise for any stress this has caused you, however we would also like to reiterate that we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding threatening behaviour and language towards our patient care team. We always endeavour to help and resolve these situations for our patients as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

Really great company. It is wonderful to have your medicine so easy to order online, delivered to your house, and in cardboard boxes with paper tape! Such a wonderful company. I love that the packaging is paper instead of any kind of plastic, and I love that I do not have to queue at the pharmacy any more. Thank you very much for a wonderful service. Fast response too.
