Very good shop. I have ordered multiple times and was always very satisfied - with the product as well as the super fast international shipping. Only once I had to contact the customer service because something broke. The issue was handled quickly and very professionally (thank you Brandy!). I can really recommend shopping here for everyone in Europe. Super easy handling, no import tax, no packages stuck in customs. Good selection of products and competitive prices? What more do you need? It's great!

Great products and even greater customer service! Had an issue with my order during transport and the original order was returned to sender. After contacting the customer support I got a message from a staff member and got the same item I ordered without wasting any extra time! I‘m truly satisfied!

Great buying experience. Ordered 2 items and recieved them within a week. When the package arrived and opened there was a mistake with one of the items sent. Contacted customer service straight away and recieved contact back within hours. Next morning was contacted again from Brandy who not only sent out the correct item straight away but also told me to keep the existing item. Very good company and great customer service. Bin wirklich begeistert mit dem Shop. Die Mitarbeiter haben blitzschnell auf meine Anfrage per Chat reagiert und nachdem alles geklärt wurde habe ich meine allererste Bestellung bei denen aufgegeben - knapp eine Stunde später wurde die Sendung schon rausgeschickt! Dienstag bestellt, Freitag erhalten (von Spanien nach Deutschland!). Ware einwandfrei. Was will man mehr? Na dann, bis zum nächsten Mal ;)

It was my first experience with Weapon762 and I‘m very satisfied. The stuff answered my question almost immediately after the message was sent. And they shipped out the item about less than a hour (!) after I placed the order. Also it took only 3 days for the parcel from Spain to Germany. Special thanks to Brandy and see you next time!

Ordered an item to the UK, very smooth service and delivery was within the week - cant argue with thst!

However, had an issue with the product. Contacted the store, and they got back to me straight away, had a brief chat about my issue and have shipped out a replacement! These things happen, and it was resolved very quickly, excellent service will use again

I recently purchased a TMC MP7 holster. I was a bit sceptical of the website at first. The holster was out of stock everywhere in the UK and I have never heard of this website before.

However I went ahead and ordered the holster. (Side note) I did ask to cancel my order because I was really unsure on the purchase. I received a email from their customer service politely saying that the item has already been shipped and if I still wanted to return it, I could, when it arrived.

The item came in minimal packaging which I think is a good thing as it was less wastage and it was still protected very well.

So all in all the service has been great so far.

I had an issue a few days ago 14th or 15/08/21 with the product. I sent an email and the morning after I had whatsapp message (I love this, its personal and communication is always much better) from a guy called Brandy.

I explained my issue to Brandy and we went back an fourth finding out what could be causing the issue and what we can do to fix it. He went above and beyond, sending me videos of what I could do to fix my issue.

Overall I am now happy with my product, thanks to Brandy. A big thank you to the 762 team as well.

10/10 recommend and I almost forgot, I was given a discount code for my next order which is also a nice gesture.

Put an order at 12pm, the package was ready to ship by 2pm. In meantime, one of the selected items was out of stock, but they (Brandy) reached me out immediatelyy via email/phone call to inform me about this. Item's changed to another slightly more expensive one without additional fees required. Also, got a coupon code for the next order.

Found an item which was out of stock in most places. Ordered on a Sunday, was shipped the next day, received it on a Tuesday, super quick. Also, nice prices and excellent communication (answered a question in no time). Will shop here again for sure.

In my opinion one of the best Airsoft shops in Europe so far.

First of all they offer a variety of products from airsoft guns to tactical equipment.

Furthermore they also offer one of the best prices compared to other stores in Europe.

I also appreciate their fast responding and friendly customer service. In the past I already made some orders from this shop and never had any issues. However the last time I had issues with the payement method of an order. So they contacted me and we quickly found a solution.
The next day my order was shipped out.

In the end I can really recommend this shop to anyone who needs stuff for Airsoft.

I would like to make a very positive review of this store and a special mention of José, the person in charge of weapon762 in Spain. For me it is the reference website for TMC and Airsoft products in Spain. The web is wonderful and it is very intuitive, the stock marks it very well, there will never be problems buying something and then not having it in stock. I want to mention José and his entire team for the exquisite treatment he has always given us, he has responded by whatsapp to all my questions, he has informed me at all times of the status of my orders and I have felt that closeness as a customer. José and his team are great professionals who always respond when there is a problem (which other airsoft stores do not), they call you about the status of the order, they look for solutions and best of all, they always solve any problem you have. For me it is the best service both for sales and after sales in Spain and throughout Europe, they always respond and solve. For me a 10 and why you can't put more.
